OYO Hotel Wilkes-Barre East

Absolutely nothing completely disappointing and appalling nothing as advertised there was a smell and a thickness to the air. In the room that you could taste, which left my daughter with a stuffy nose and me with a sore throat

It was absolutely disgusting. I didn't dare use the shower, and I was harassed for documentation. By not only the clerk that I had to call and wait to be there. Not only to check-in, but to check out. But the manager on the phone

The water made you smell like rust the shower and toilet were covered in rust

Hotel had no rooms yet let us book anyway. Sent us to another hotel which was filthy. No power in the rooms. Roaches. Bothe hotels should not be allowed to be open. The kind of hotels where homeless people come to do drugs. Don?t take yourself or family.

I asked for no smoking and got a smoking room I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I didn't even stay a hour and they won't refund me my money you couldn't even get the manager in the office very bad hotel

Nothing!!! Questioned when asked for a extra pillow.. charged another 110.00 when I arrived. Still waiting for security deposit to go back to my account. Asked for toilet paper ,but never got any.

Horrible! In this Hotel all your worst nightmares become true. You are better off sleeping under a bridge or on a bench in a park! Room had a disgusting smell like someone died in there. The bed sheeds are filty and dirty. No toilet paper.

I was ignored by the staff. I showed up to check in and rang the door bell and no one responded. I then called the two numbers provided on their glass window and no one answered. I then rang the door bell again. I walked out and found another hotel nearby

Nothing I had to stay somewhere else that's how bad that place was I checked in and checked out the same day

Yes the room smelled and was a dump not as it was advertised

They stole my deposit, no tv, no heat, no internet and they tried to open accounts with my bank stealing my identity via the deposit card.

This hotel is not like pictures my guest out town could not stay there were asked for more money had to leave the rooms were deplorable and not fit for dog to stay in and yess I have pictures the door looked kicked in and his wife did not want stay therE

Insecure, broken doors and windows. Room smelt like sewage Linen and furniture were dingy/stained Shower filthy. Bathroom floors nasty. Toilet backed up water and came through the drain in the shower. Heat plugged started to spark and owners ignored.

Absoluetly the worst hotel I have ever been to. They literally had crime tape around the room they were trying to give me. I booked a kind, they didn¿t have that so they gave me a room with a door that didn¿t shut or lock. I stayed 5 seconds.

Everything, this hotel should be condemned. It is not habitable for humans. If I could warn people who even pull into the parking lot I would.

waited 40 minutes on arrival for someone to give us a key. Rooms looks like something from 1960s & never maintained/updated. toilet leak on floor. Doors stuck; hard to open. Holes in main door. No WiFi in rooms. terrible smell. My wife gagged.

The shower water draining thru the floor cracks the bathroom window not there broken boarded up with box dirty sheets with stains 00000 stars who can i contact to show my pictures and get a refund

Location, comfortable bed and was very quiet. The young lady working wad was nice and done everything to be the most accommodating. Price was right. Very vintage looking

The room could use a new coat of paint, bigger TV, and some curtains. It is no luxury room, but for the price, it's good to lay down for a stop while traveling down the road.

Lights didn't work, staff not available and they clearly were operating on a shoestring. I found a used needle in the room! I took it to a fire house for disposal. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
