Hampton Inn & Suites Wilkes-Barre/Scranton

The staff was very friendly and accommodated our late night check in.

The bedding was very cheap.. sheets very thin and didn’t even cover full mattress. Don’t look like there were mattress pads.

The cleanliness of the room. The room smelled nice and the bed was neatly made.

i did not like the fire or people running up and down the hallway or staff talking loud outside my room

Easy to find, convenient and clean.

The breakfast could have been one hour longer. I deal with being the day after the time change I did not have enough time for the breakfast.

The beds were comfortable and the room was great.

Took 10 minutes for someone to check us in. Not one person at front desk. Breakfast was horrible. Dried out sausage links, undercooked potatoes. Breakfast is one of the main reasons we stay at Hampton Inn and definitely not up to Hampton Inn standar

No hot breakfast...we had a hot breakfast we ordered on a menu and turned into kitchen staff served to us by staff even with Covid restrictions at the Hampton Inn in Leighton Pa...kind of disappointed not the same in all the Hampton Inns

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I didn't have a fridge in my room and on mentioning it, the woman st the front desk brought up a mini fridge to my room. Didn't have since it wasn't listed in the amenities, but she did. Coffee and tea avail late.

The breakfast was a little rough. Eggs tasted powdery. Fruit and yogurt were the only healthy options.

Air conditioner was very very noisy as was the Refrigerator Our keys did not work the second day and had to go To front desk. Did not get clean towels and bed not made

Check in and check out is always efficient and friendly. The hotel is always exceptionally clean and breakfast is wonderful!

When i went to go in the hot tub, it was funny colored. I didnt go in and was a touch disappointed

The location was excellent was going to show at Mohigan Arena was very close could have walked to it. Also close to the casino and many of stores and restaurants.

The staff was great , very friendly , the room was excellent, bathroom very clean.I forgot my deodorant and asked if they had any, gave me one for me & wife at no charge, Breakfast was better then I expected. Excellent Hotel experience.....

Pool and hot tub were nice. Continental breakfast was more then what we expected! Very nice hotel overall would definitely go back if we see another show at Mohegan Sun Arena.

Delicious complimentary cookies every night in the lobby, as well as coffee and hot chocolate. The pool is better than you might expect for a 2 1/2 star hotel. The same goes for the fitness room, which has TVs, plenty of water and different devices. .

Everything was so impressive that I just assumed there would be a refrigerator in the room, as an added perk. Free WIFI, although navigating to get it is a bit tricky, since when you select it there remains a $4.95 per day charge onscreen.

Everything seemed clean and it was close to many attractions.
