Residence Inn by Marriott Wilkes-Barre Arena

looked fresh and new. room was well appointed

the walls were soooooooooo thin. frat boy neighbors never really shut up

Friendly, welcoming and HELPFUL staff. Clean and spacious rooms! Housekeeping was very accommodating and helpful. When I did have issue with a billing error-it was promptly looked in and resolved!!

Comfortable bed and quiet

The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The impressive hot breakfast

The ambiance was everything!

I loved everything about it, but if I could add anything it would be a restaurant on location.

location

very clean and great location

all good

Everything u need near! Cozy rooms !

Wen my room was ready wen I call , they had gave it to somebody else wen I arrived had to wait, but other then that everything was cozy !

They have set air conditioner censur in night the a/c is on for 5 minutes and off for 30 minutes our sleep was interrupted because of a/c on and off

Breakfast was nice and hot, so good!! And I had a special request to have a room facing the front of the hotel, and not only did the do that they gave me a huge room that the family really loved!! Thanks for everything # 409

There was nothing I didnt like!!

Location was fine, easy to reach. Early flight; did not eat breakfast

Staff were very friendly and helpful. One staff answered questions about the airport shuttle, but neglected to say it had to be booked the day before. The shuttle was not available anyway due to weather, so ultimately it made no difference, but it could have.

Always love the room and how close I was to the doors

The layout of the hallways got so lost finding our room

I liked how close it was to the area, was able to just walk to and from my show! The staff was excellent, especially Ms. Grace, I believe that was her name. She helped with an early check in and she was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the location and all offered amenities!

Staff greeted us upon arrival and introduced themselves, rooms were spacious and very clean, bed was comfortable, free breakfast was good, location was convenient and quiet.

Spacious room, helpful staff

For older travelers it would be helpful to have rubber mats in the shower as the tub surface is slippery and unsafe.Decaffe coffee tasted like water!

Convenience and located in a popular shopping center. Assistant GM Brianna was fantastic. We had to reschedule our initial trip via Booking and explained it and she noted and advised for me to call Booking and she would have them refund.. Also our room was not as clean as previous stays and she came and cleaned it at 12:00 am by herself.. Exceptional and professional.. Offered snacks free of charge after a 10 hour drive and for the inconvenience…. Thank you, Brianna!

Room wasn’t as clean due to pet room. Rooms could use a slight upgrade..

Room was clean, staff was courteous, breakfast was great.

My only complaint was regular coffee was not good (it said dark roast but was weak or watered down) and the same for all the juices during breakfast.
