The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a good selection of grab and go breakfast items. +++for the coffee.

The bed was terrible. Ended up with a back ache from it.

The checkout staff was fantastic. The check in staff was rude. The check-in person literally threw my credit card at me and threatened to cancel my reservation. Terrible experience.

Yes! It was quite cold at night, and my room didn't have any heat on the first day. The unit blew out cold air the entire first night. It was very uncomfortable.

Disabled bathroom!

All holiday inn express breakfasts are identical. That's ok. I went with the protein. Must admit quality inn in oneida ny was clean, old, but the free hot breakfast there was amazing!

The hotel was located in a great suburban location near multiple restaurants and a variety of stores. There was ample parking, the breakfast seating area was a good size so that guests weren’t forced to share tables and staff was friendly and efficient.

The bathtub in my room was older and slippery. I had to add a hand towel in the tub so I wouldn’t slip while taking a shower.

Overall everything was good. Clean, comfy mattress, and quiet.

I thought the lampshades in our room were pretty beat up but they did the job.

Only 2 handicap spaces. Too many Diamond spaces!

Why do hotels put guests in rooms next to each other when there is room to spread them out? My next door neighbor during my stay was on the phone until 11:30pm. I know because I could hear him through the walls. Space us out!

They let a truck with a trailer take up 8 parking spots. It should have been parked overnight in the back parking lot.

Nice to have coffee available at any hour. Front desk was very friendly. So many breakfast options - excellent!

Elevator stopped so we used the stairs instead.

The tub didn't drain, I told them, they 'fixed' it so it drained but I still showered in water because it wasn't draining right.

Air-condition did not cool the bedroom. I had to continuously take the blanket off.
