Location, room, breakfast

They didnt clean the room every day. Additionally, several machines broken or out of order in the gym. No towels restocked in the gym. Limited gluten free options at the breakfast. Also the price was alot higher than I would have expected.

Excellent staff and management! Friendly, knowledgeable and service-oriented. Will absolutely stay here again!

Good breakfast.

Pool was cold and filthy. The pool room was very loud from what appeared to be a air filtering system. You could hear everything through the walls in the room and the beds were uncomfortable. Horrible water pressure in the shower and the bathroom sink bar

There was no hot water and when I called the front desk, there was no manager available to assist me with my concern. The front desk did not offer anything but a call back later.

The room had a bad smell, and there was a lot of noise outside my room.

It was clean , smart , the rooms were generous , the pool and facilities were excellent, the coffee station and breakfast were excellent.

We arrived at 3pm but due to staff shortages our room was not ready so we had to wait around with small children which wasn't ideal . The bed was super hard , I kept waking up with my hands and hips numb and was in pain in the morning.

My first hotel stay since Covid, but they made my feel comfortable, welcome and safe. The room proved large and pleasant. I appreciated their grab and go packed breakfast since the buffet closed due to the virus. I would happily book again!

They never cleaned the room or changed out the towels for 4 nights. I asked about it and they said I had to ask which they never mentioned when I checked in. Breakfast was served cold in brown paper bag Place was lame.

Hotel was located for easy access,both on/off of I-80.Staff was very polite and courteous. Breakfast was also great.

Exactly what we wanted. Easy to find off I-80. Clean. Very helpful front desk staff. Clise to a Red Lobster. Going back on trip home

Cookies and breakfast were very good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Clean rooms.

The shower felt and sounded like it had a broken board in the floor underneath. It made an annoying sound during the entire shower. No vent fan for steam. The finish on a lot of the wood furniture is wearing off. Needs refreshing.The hot tub was lukewarm

Pool water was a little cooler than we'd like, but the hot tub was also cooler than some so our granddaughter could enjoy it. She thought that was great!Some difficulty using the remote to find channels.
