the pool was a listed amenity but was far too small for swimming; there should be a category "leisure pool" to distinguish from a functional pool for getting in some exercise

Teenagers running around the hotel in the middle of the night slamming doors. Tried to call reception and they would not answer. Next morning we asked and they knew kids were running around so that?s why they didn?t answer.

It was really clean and comfy! Great price and seemed very safe. Low noise.

the staff member was very kind and helped me quickly and made zero mistakes. the room was overall pretty clean and it was quiet. parking was open and well lighted. The rest of the staff were very friendly.

The hotel is brand new and amazingly clean. The staff was more than helpful and the location is very convenient.

Hotel employee  third shift at the front desk was so nice and helpful. All other staff smiled and greeted me especially the breakfast staff. Room was very nice.

There was no bathroom fan. Every sound echos and mirror fogs quickly. Rug in room left my socks black after workout.

Nice full size bath products in the bathroom.

The mattress was way too hard. Hurt my back and hips.

Room was large and very clean. Ample supplies and had everything I needed. I loved the full size products in the shower, including lotion.

The bed was very hard. It was like a rock. I know I prefer a softer mattress, but I usually do all right in hotels. This bed however was terrible. Luckily I only stayed one night or I would have asked for a new room.

The room was clean and looked mostly updated. We also enjoy the breakfast, especially the waffle makers.

The bathtub was kind of falling apart. That strangely seems to be a pretty common thing we've noticed with Hampton Inns lately.

Liked that it was clean on check in and that cleaning service during our stay was upon request only. I didn't need daily cleaning and prefer the privacy. As needed cleaning was ideal.

It was not the location I thought I selected. It was further from my "base" than expected. Other guests were inconsiderate and caused disturbance during the night.
