Comfort Inn Pocono Lakes Region

the front desk was amazing at our check in. She was very outgoing and friendly and accommodated all our needs. Her reviews of various restaurants in the area were very helpful. She is the best!

It was clean, it was flat and easy to walk with with someone on a walker, and the amenities were close by!

The staff was very friendly and was so easy to make any accommodation. Free breakfast.

while the hotel rice was very good, and it was clean.... seems like it's getting a bit old/dated

It is located right off the exit. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Clean, modern

The water pressure or shower head were terrible. Barely any water.

Nice clean room and very friendly staff. staff was an exceptional in welcoming us.

Nope We will stay there again.

Lovely people, nice comfy bed

The common areas, especially stairways, were quite dirty. It was very hot in the elevator. The walls were quite thin and I had neighbors who watched tv until quite late.

room very much in need of update and more careful and complete cleaning, bugs in room

Close to the interstate, yet quite. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Clean and good location. Friendly staff

This hotel is in renovation and the room was accesable only by outdorr. The access card is not fonctionaly and I return to the office but I not able to open the door twice time. The bed is not confortable. My visit on this hotel is the first and the last

The front desk was helpful and pleasant.

Smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and room. Toilet had not been cleaned when we got to the room (as in used tp floating in the bowl). Shower head didn't work very well with hard water build up. Soap dispenser empty. AC and fridge didn't always work

Not much

It was run down. The bathroom, though having a whirlpool tub, had rust on all the chrome parts as well as the door hinges being rusty. The side exterior door was impossible to close to outsiders. No hit breakfast as advertised. No makeup mirror.

The centralized location to where i was visiting

Unfortunately due to Covid they were unable to offer the free breakfast that comes with the hotel stay, however it's a shame they couldn't have offered a perhaps voucher for 10% off a breakfast at the IHOP next door to make up for it.

It was very clean.I did not like when I got there certain amenities are closed down which I wasn’t aware of as far as the health club I wasn’t able to shoot pool and there wasn’t any free breakfast so I believe that I should get some kind of a disco

The location was needed for what I was doing in the area. The staff was terrific, especially dealing with me after typical check-in times. I was happy to find a place that included breakfast as part of the package for the hotel stay.

I needed to be told what side to put in the key card, which caused me to enter through the lobby walking around the building.

Clean . Diner next to hotel.

Price

A very nice atmosphere and the staff was excellent. Comfy beds, excellent breakfast. and when we arrived, and they realized that there was 4 of us over 70. and was attending a funeral, they changed our rooms to first floor and across from each other.

Clean, close to where I conducted my business

No swimming pool

Hotel was very clean and breakfast was delicious

The bathroom and the bathtub were ridiculously small ,
