Hampton Inn & Suites State College at Williamsburg Square

The room was very spacious with a nice sitting area and very comfortable bed Breakfast was good as expected for the star level Staff was very helpful upon check-in. Location is close to shops and restaurants

Hair on the pillows and some in bed, hairdryer would have been nice to have. Remote didn't work

Convenient to highway, but remote to State College. Nice room and amenities overall.

The towels were too cheap. The air conditioner was ancient, with no temperature control (just a hot/cold knob). Insufficient towel hooks (just one for a room that sleeps 4!). Old-school key card system takes two hands instead of touch. Breakfast subpar.

Location is everything. This hotel is close to all the good restaurants and just minutes from downtown St. College.

All staff was pleseant and the room was clean. The pool was very refreshing and discrete in its location. We did not eat at the buffet as we had other plans. We would stay again!

I appreciated the friendly staff on arrival. I had had a long day and truly appreciate the warm friendly greeting. Sort of felt like coming home.

Everyone was very nice, the room was nice and clean bed comfortable. Front desk went out of their way to be helpful whenever needed. Also a very convenient location, stayed there twice so far.

Would definitely recommend different pillows. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns over my travels but these were very uncomfortable by both of us staying. It may be due to washing with the new requirements? But it's really my only complaint.

I was very disappointed in this hotel! Pool closed, awkward room, pillows for king bed were too small and uncomfortable. No soap at sinks in room, only for shower. No exhaust fan working in bathroom.

Pool was closed, nothing mentioned about it online or when I booked. I only booked this hotel because it said there was pool! So I wasted my money to book a hotel with a pool! Room was setup in a very awkward way. No soap left for sinks, only for shower.

Yes! No room change for third party bookings. Doubles have small full sized beds. No microwave/mini fridge. Small rooms. Dirty outdated communit microwave. Outdoor pool only good for seasonal amenity. Outdated chipped furniture.

Aesthetically very appealing and in good location. Good breakfast with both hot and cold selections. Entire hotel very clean.

Pillows were old, lumpy foam rubber. The mattresses were hard and like sleeping on the floor. There were 2 double beds in the room and both were old. When you turned over, you could hear the springs squeaking and creaking. Beds need updating.
