- Location and affordability
- Cleanliness of the room, a comfortable bed, and updated bathroom. As someone who is allergic to dust, I appreciate the lack of a carpet; I prefer a bare floor. The night clerk greeted me and was very nice.

Cons -
- Freshness of milk and juices offered at contential breakfast. Floor in room needed washing.
- I was close to the ice machine out in the hallway which was noisy.
- Old and not updated. Electrical tape on the door lock?? Scary! Not safe.
