Hampton Inn & Suites Valley Forge/Oaks

Nice room, great staff, good breakfast

My wife and I got bit by fleas or bed bugs. Several bites on each of us.

Staff employee at Hampton inn is very nice and offered to upgrade my room due to the first room that was offered to me I didn’t like. Staff is good at his job showing all guest great service.

Breakfast isn’t the best but everything else was ok.

Cleanliness, Comfortable. Great Location. Great Staff.

Bathroom was somewhat updated, wifi worked.

Lobby was dirty. Garbage on the floors, grumpy agent at check-in, elevator doors that were damaged.

Location was very covienient

The smell once the door was opened. Keep hearing door slams in the middle of the night.

The room had everything I wanted and the location was perfect for who we were visiting.

Having 2 rooms we noticed each room had different amenities. Mine didn¿t have glasses with ice bucket and lotion was missing from bedroom. Mom¿s had trial size bath gel and no hand soap in bathroom.

they did not have the room with the king bed that I had reserved and prepaid for, which surprised me. But the staff were extremely friendly and gave us a suite instead which was fine. We were very happy with the staff that we came in contact with.

When we arrived at our suite we heard a dog bark across the hall. I had specifically not stayed in another hotel because it said it was pet friendly. I was concerned but I did not hear anything more once I closed the door, which made me very happy!

The hotel was very close to the Expo center. It was very clean and definitely exceeded my expectations for the price.

The water never really got hot- just warm. Might want to work on that being in Pennsylvania.

Lots.. paid for and had confirmation of room with walk in shower. DID NOT GET IT small weird closet. Had to pay in advance with no cancelation or refund. We had last minute emergency but luckily we could make trip or would be out over $---! Blast medio

Location and cleanliness of room. Also grab bar in tub/shower. Breakfast was an added bonus.

It seemed difficult to regulate the air conditioning. It was either too warm or too cold.

It¿s advertised online as ¿Pet Friendly¿. When we got there with our dog, the front desk man acted confused and said only service dogs were allowed.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were extremely clean.

The beds were way too hard for my liking.

Location! Close to major roads and lots of amenities close by. It was clean and I had no complaints.

staff was friendly, and helpful. check in was a breeze. Room was clean, AC worked well. Everything was stocked properly.

Being on the first floor, it was pretty noisy. I was also in a handicapped accessible room, which meant the bathroom didn¿t have a bathtub and was basically a giant shower room.

Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The room was large, super clean and remodeled. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the blackout shades. A tremendous value for what I paid.

That staff here is friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us when there was an issue with our reservation.

Hotel The hotel was noisy. We were on the first floor. The breakfast was not well stocked. Most items weeout when we went to get them, including coffee. Just underwhelmed. We have stayed here several times, but after this stay we will not be back.

Breakfast was disappointing The eggs had dairy products on or in them so I could not eat them. I am gluten free and lactose intolerant. Also the fitness center was not clean, cobwebs and dust and the workout ball was deflated.
