Excellent location. Staff was courteous.
Room was a bit outdated. Only two drawers in the room. Ice maker on our floor did not work

The location was great! We were able to walk to dinner, which you have to go to Amada if you've never been. The hotel lobby, restaurant, and bar area were nicely decorated and had plenty of seating to just enjoy a drink and hang out. Overall it's a decent hotel.
The cleanliness of the room and the uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The sink had hair and debris in it, the faucet was dusty, the floor had debris, etc. It was evident that adequate time was not taken to properly clean the room. The bed was not comfortable at all. I woke up with back pain and overall stiffness.

The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the convention center and to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs heat, towel bars, and an exhaust fan.
The breakfast is ordinary. The dinner is worse.The restaurant is no longer a part of the hotel.Not being able to charge the food snd bar bill to the room was inconvenient.

The large room and huge bed, location in the historic area and the view. Good amenities.
What I thought was noisy aircon was not an issue after the room warmed up. No breakfast facilities.

Spacious rooms.
Check-in was 4 pm, and the room wasn't ready til 5. We had to keep asking. Breakfast was not included and pricey. Stuff rudely told us we had to pay for breakfast when it was sitting out on the bar counter unattended like a buffet.
