The Inn At Leola Village

Extremely friendly and courteous staff, especially the young lady at reception who took the time to walk us to our room and walk us outside to point to where the pool was located.

The Landscaping

Location of the pool was not Central and it has two streams of water running from the wall into it. Who wants to be splashed all the time while they're in the pool? Not a really good idea. It would also be better if the cafe and Restaurant were connected

Everything this time was great.

Only issue was parking space due to wedding. Even then staff made courtesy accommodations to park at Van accessible spot.

Our room was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area events and restaurants.

Shower head pointed at the wall. Didn¿t make for ease of use. Big light in room above bed flickered when on. Either a bad bulb or bad wiring. Bathroom sink didn¿t drain. Had to remove the stopper so we could use the sink.

This place is so charming. The staff could not of been more accommodating. The room was gorgeous and the Inn was immaculate. Visit Kyle in the downstairs bar. He mad amazing drinks and gave us a nice education of how the Inn came to be. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful and comfortable room, lovely setting and gardens.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location of the hotel was nice to have quick access to the Spa and Gracie's.

The rooms do not do a good job of blocking out noise. There was a wedding happening right beneath our room with loud music that lasted until 10:00. The breakfast boxes were mediocre (muffin was very dry).

First night we were told that they were short on staff and wouldn¿t be able to change the sheets or clean the room unLESS we request it. The room was in need of repair mold in the closet and bathroom door jammed . The second night we had no hot water !

We were over the restaurant/kitchen and it was noisy....Noisy enough that I had to leave the TV on all night for the white noise

The hotel was quite charming and the food was outstanding. We were there for a wedding and the venue was really nice. I would consider having my daughter's wedding at this location.

Our room was on the lower level of the hotel. I didn't like the flooring, the lighting in the bathroom was dim and there was a stall-like door to the bathroom which didn't provide the level of privacy that I'm comfortable with.

This was our second time here: we like the location and outstanding service

The furnishings of our room were a little sparse - an additional chair and coffee table would have been nice. But missing those items would never keep us from staying here.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was excellent and the room was beyond compare. It is located within a short driving distance of everywhere that you would like to go. We Increased our stay because of this excellent establishmen

The rooms are exactly as advertised! They are gorgeous. the night desk clerk And he was a delightful help. Hotel employee served us in the dining room, and she could not have been more professional yet helpful. Altogether, it was a grand experience!

We did not receive turn down service the second night, but the front desk staff was more than accommodating and quickly rectified the situation.

Absolutely beautiful rooms. Very Clean. Extremely comfortable. Terrific bathroom facilities. Terrific amenities such as shampoo, soap, lotion, etc---TOP QUALITY. Fantastic Staff to assist in every manner. Nice and quiet for sleeping.
