    Pros +

    • The staff was friendly and the rate was low. The room had a good TV.
    • It was spacious with a view. It was clean.
    • Large rooms. Clean. Very fast elevator.

    Cons -

    • The rooms were pretty nasty. There was paint chipped off the walls. The bathroom sink had a white film covering it, the tub floor was so scratched up they tried covering it with a rubber liner. The room/hallway smelled like weed.
    • Shady characters hanging around. Theft. Suspicious activity. Theft from my room. Some rooms are not on the security video grid. I suspect that's why they put people in those rooms. Theft but no video evidence. Somebody there told me it was the staff.
    • People answered my room and I was not there. Some things were stolen. Somebody there told me it was staff who did it. Quite a few homeless people live there. Their rent was paid by some social service agency. Suspicious looking people hanging around.

The halls smelled awful, rooms were very outdated with fresh paint. TV did not have the right remote .walls are very thin so could here both rooms next to us clearly.

    2JanetPosted on: 4-30-2025

Stairways had chicken bones and other food stuffs that had obviously been there for a long time. Breakfast was very poor. Oatmeal eggs bacon and pancakes appeared to be leftover from previous days. Fresh fruit was good however

the Front Desk when I arrive and spoke to on the phone is exceptional! Very helpful.

Understanding the hotel is in transition and applaud the hard work being taken to spruce things up.

The bed was comfortable. Plenty of grab bars in the tub

No ADA access. Breakfast was terrible and very poorly stocked. Buttery spread in large tub just set out on counter. Hot food was lukewarm at best, if it wasn?t already gone. Coffee empty, bread empty, requests to resupply went unanswered. I could go on!

    5Verified guestPosted on: 10-14-2024

Not a lot. It was adequate. The sheets were clean.

The breakfast was awful. The transition between the bathroom and the carpet was jagged.

    Nothing!!!

Cleanliness was terrible. I felt unsafe at times so U just stated in my room.

    3Verified guestPosted on: 8-5-2024

It was near lots of other businesses and the general location I needed.

Questionable people hanhanging around the property. Not very clean. Needs serious ovwrerhaul/update such as paint, properly sized curtains without sharp pins poking out

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-30-2024

Toilet clogged and couldn¿t use it, the entire hotel stank and the room was super dirty.

    2MarkPosted on: 3-28-2024

    That we didn't stay there.

Dirty, dingy facilities. Unenthusiastic staff. Our room was not what I had ordered. And as soon as we got off the elevator to our floor, we were met with the fumes of marijuana, giving my family immediate contact high. Yuck!

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-4-2023

Worst hotel room that I have ever stayed and I¿m 62 years old. Unsafe area, filthy room, no lavatory water, unbelievably dirty bathtub, etc. You get the idea. Two other couples checking at the same time 100% agree :/.

    1JacquelinePosted on: 10-31-2023

There was nothing to like about this hotel. It was a roof over our heads.

The woman at the front desk had a friend on speaker phone while checking us in. The room was run down and dirty. I couldn't sleep cause a loud banging noise kept waking me up. I was waiting to find a dead body in the hallway. It was terrifying

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-8-2023

    Reasonable condition for the price.

No breakfast as advertised, "Down" elevator button on 3rd floor seemed not to work, very slow tub drain. Front desk staff not especially friendly.

    3CharlesPosted on: 9-26-2023

The pillows were at least clean.

This place is severely dated. It is obvious they spray an air freshener on the regular. The bathroom is awful and looks filthy! The microwave looks like it had food cooked in it and broke open months ago, never cleaned! Avoid this place!

    Staff

The room and bathroom are very outdated, and the smell is unpleasant.

    1KevinPosted on: 8-29-2023

Staff couldn¿t look less professional. Rooms smells like wet dog shower was disgusting. Couldn¿t breathe even in the hallways because the stench. Green areas overgrown dirty floors and carpets the list goes on and on. Total bust I check in got out quick

The bathroom was gross only one towel in the bathroom and the breakfast is the sad thing I¿ve seen so far.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-17-2023

Everything it was falsely advertised the room that was available! They need to take a picture of the shack they have in back that is a rundown 2 story apartment that they are selling for their 95 price! I was appalled that they were renting that out!!
