Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lebanon By IHG

The suite was nice. The staff was awful. Breakfast was terrible. Advertises its 6:30-10. We were lucky if cereal was put out by 7:30. Then had no milk. Told my kids to use water.

Breakfast was horrible. Lobby was absolutely gross. Especially lobby bathroom. Zero warning pool was under construction and closed until we got there, 9 hours from home.

Clean and nice staff.

Not really the hotels fault but the 3rd floor guests were very loud until past 12am. I had trouble sleeping.

Smelly, dirty, train go through every 1 hour making me impossible to go to sleep. My daughter had a competition early in the morning and we couldn't catch a sleep all night long due to smell and noises

Yes. This hotel smells bad. It needs new carpeting. Most hotel rooms smell like old cigarette or mold.

Cheap rates

Lack of blackout curtains. Was awoken at like 6am.

The rooms were not the cleanest, stains on the carpet, room smelled old, if it’s possible to smell old.

Hotel employee was amazing. Attention to detail. Very friendly and empathetic to our needs.

Graduation ceremony was unexpectedly rescheduled from 9 AM to 2 PM. Since we didn?t have any family in the area, we truly appreciated the hotel granting us a late checkout at 12 PM. It made a big difference. Thank you for the thoughtful accommodation!

Working bathroom fan and New carpet and chairs in all rooms and common areas.

Currently there is no working bathroom fan and no sink soap dispensers in the room we stayed at which we stayed before in and there wasn?t any before either.

Originally it seemed very nice and the first front desk person was pleasant

We had ants all over our bathroom to the point we could not use it. We had a suite and they did move us, but the room was nowhere near as nice and no refund of any kind was offered for the huge inconvenience. We were traveling for work and couldn?t shower

The carpet was really sticky, there were ants in the room and the pool was permanently closed

Everything from having to switch to a different room upon arrival then the new room floors were dirty, toilet seat broken and no phone in room. The breakfast was just ok. I stayed at numerous Holiday Inn in the past year and this was my least favorite

The staff was fabulous. The hotel was spotless.

I was confused about the location because I thought it was close to the highway, according to the exit sig, but in fact the drive was gorgeous!

The best thing about this hotel was the coffee and the daily breakfast.

Cob webs over bed on ceiling. stained chair and desk chair seat. ac/heater unit was so noisy I had to cover my head with pillow to get any sleep. Empty body wash bottle in shower area. In room clock did not work properly. In room phone wasn't connected.

Location was perfect for us, breakfast provided were really great, lots of variety fit choose from. My daughter was able to squeeze in a workout. Great stay.

Room was very Smokey. Someone in a room nearby was smoking apparently. When I complained to several staff members they seemed rather unconcerned. I stay a lot of Holiday Inn¿s. This hotel does NOT meet their standards. DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION.

It was close to the function we were attending and the price was great which is why we chose it. The free breakfast was great and the staff taking care of it did a great job.

When we got there the room that they gave us was not ready when we got to it so they had to give us another one. No hangers so they had to go find some. Staff was friendly/ accommodating to any needs/questions. Hotel definitely needs some freshening up.

Leaving

First room entered someone sleeping in the bed. Next room when I went to bed, sheets covered in blood, moved room in middle of night another and the a/c would not sut off at all. Desk clerk told me to look it up on to see if I could figure it out. AVOID
