New, modern, clean

Staff and how pristine the grounds and hotel was. We had a service dog along and they had a place to take him outside.

Staff was very nice

We were quoted $125.95 for 2 adults and our dog. I specifically asked are you sure that is with our dog. The woman said yes, that was the total for all. When we arrived the manager said it was an additional $150.00 dollars for our dog , non refundable!

room was old smoke semll, not enough towells, no resturaunt only a Bar. Pretty old and kinda run down hotel.

Breakfast was great. Breakfast host was very good at keeping area clean and clutter free. Also they did a very good job of keeping fresh hot food available and the entire food area well stocked.

We checked in on a Sunday. We were told our room would be refreshed every other day. On Tuesday I confirmed with front desk before leaving that our room would be serviced. Returned on Tuesday evening and our room had not been touched. I had to remind front desk on Wednesday to please service our room which it was.

Clean, staff was excellent and super friendly, did not even realuze you were in a hotel there was no noise.

There was not a thing we didnt like.

We stayed in room #128, the mattress was very uncomfortable and there was a very unpleasant odor in the hallway

Everything was clean the staff were so friendly and helpful with directions and things to do.

There was nothing I had any problems with !!

Beautiful room and great location

Stayed 3 nights and never had housekeeping come to clean. It would have been nice to know if there was an issue or if they were understaffed. The front desk could have offered to give us more coffee, towels, or take the garbage out at the very least.

Convenient located to the expo center.

Only one chair in the room, for 2 people… old people. We cannot sit on beds. We tried the luggage rack for the extra chair and that didn’t work. Finally went to the front desk for help. Tammy, the night manager got us a chair from a meeting room. THEN, our stay was wonderful!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered dinning suggestions too. The place was in pristine shape and very clean. Breakfast had many different options.

The rooms were nice and the location was perfect for our event. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit pricey for what you get, but most hotels are. The pillow cases could be softer.

The person who checked us in could have directed us to the location of r room i.e either to the right of the lobby or left

Loved the gentleman who checked us in. He remembered us from our previous stay and why we were there. Loved our room. Very comfortable and clean. Loved that we could just take a short walk to dinner at one of two close restaurants. We really enjoyed breakfast and both ladies on duty were very nice.

The lady at the desk, Christan, was very helpful and patient. I was having issues with the card payment, which was on the banks end. It took about 45 mins to get us checked in. She was very helpful. The shower in the bathroom was very clean. 1 little issue I had though. I had gone to step in the shower after I had the water running. I slipped, but caught myself. Even tho the bottom of the shower was textured, it was still slick. I had to lay a hand towel on the bottom of the shower so I would not slip while moving around. It does need a shower mat if some kind. The bed was a little bit harder the my husband and I are used to, but still good. We kept having issues with the TV's in the room. We were in the King Suite. When you turned 1 TV off, the other one would come on and vise versa. Kinda comical.
