Staff was nice

The room was dirty. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the entrance floor was greasy. The shower had hair from the previous guest. So disappointing! I expected Hilton level service, I got 1 star experience at best.

The front desk staff was great.

Lack of hot water. Had to take a COLD shower at night. And again in morning!!!

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It isn¿t the fault of the hotel but the first night we had a barking dog across the hall and a neighbor who left a loud TV on all night. The staff was very responsive and the issues did not continue.

Room wasn¿t as described when booking. Told us pool hours when checking in but the pool was closed. Bathroom door gets stuck. Toilet clogged. Christmas candy trash under sofa. No bedding for sofa bed.

The breakfast was very disappointing, not enough protein, too many carbohydrates in the choices provided.

Shower was cold. Room was cold. I spilled a Oz of water on the carpet, wiped it up and the towel was black. That means the carpet is filthy. The room key didn’t work. Loud construction nois above my head at 3:30 in the morning.(I was on the top floor)+6

The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The bathroom was very clean and the shower head worked.

The breakfast was not up to usual standards, because of the pandemic. I guess they were doing the best they could. I could not eat the selection, because I can't eat soy, so I could only eat the hard boiled eggs.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Hotel seemed new, very clean, great breakfast selections.

The hotel itself was a great experience -- only open 7 weeks, super clean, nice staff , lovely breakfast.

I brought a mac laptop to the hotel and left the charger in the room. I called 6 hours after checking out and they said they had the charger and would mail it. 6 days & 2 calls later, they can't say if it is mailed or if they have it. Frustrated!!!

A brand new hotel! Everything was crisp, shiny and new. Every employee seemed excited to be there and eager to take care of us. Even the typical Hamilton Inn breakfast buffet was of unusual quality, and constantly cared for by attentive staff.
