Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Kutztown

Clean, friendly staff, and a wonderful breakfast.

Very clean nice location, and the breakfast was very good ?

Tv didn?t work the whole time nothing was done about it I did like the hotel other wise

Very clean, room updated, breakfast area was great.

Bed was like a rock, very hard. That was my only issue.

Clean- friendly- close proximity to Kutztown campus.

Staff forgot to warn customers the night before about the early fire alarm going off.

Very clean

Pillows are too soft . Shower is very slippery and it would be easy to fall!. The eggs, potatoes and yogurt were all terrible! Couldn¿t eat them.

Very clean, staff very welcoming

Very disappointed that the pool was not warm. The pool was very cold.

Always enjoy the stay. Location is key. Staff alsways freindly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet.

Room has a layer of dust on both desk and tv table where I was able to write on both...dust me.

The room was gorgeous and spacious. The employees were fantastic. I left something valuable behind and when I called it was already safely waiting for me in the managers office. That shows me that the staff are also honest people.

Absolutely nothing, everything exceeded my expectations.

This hotel was immaculate. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was by far the best I have had a hotel. Eggs, potatoes, breakfast sausage were all above expectations.

No. Outstanding accommodations. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The staff was attentive, informative and friendly. The hotel was very clean.

New...clean

a little pricey for a small town.

close to where i was going. clean and staff customer service

Close to college, clean, pretty site

Neighbors at 330 am for almost an hour we¿re very loud and rude

Room was only cleaned by request. But when we did request the room to be cleaned, we found very little was done. Bath sink STILL had the coffee in the sink where I dumped a cup in the morning No longer have frozen fruit drinks at breakfast

Everything. Modern, clean, convenient, good breakfast.

Location the only thing great.

Brand new and the room and "breakfast" were both inferior for the money charged. Hated the sliding door in bathroom-too heavy. Construction materials cheap. Breakfast pathetic. Years ago loved H.I.-won't stay in one again. Glad only 2 nites. Over-priced.

Clean

Didn't seem to care that it's patrons had a very, very hard time getting into the parking lot.I know the snow was bad,but the crew that was plowing did not keep up with the job. We had to shovel to have a parking spot. That lot should've been accessible!!

Nice big room. The sitting area is very nice. TV choices excellent including Netflix and swivels from bed to sitting area. A very good value for the money. I would give an extra star. Laundry was very useful as we had to stay three days.

This facility was shiny new and extremely clean. Friendly, helpful staff.
