Suburban Studios Johnstown - Richland Town Center

Breakfast was included when purchased, but not available in person.se uriry gaurd k ocked on door and woke us at 2 am just to ask if we had been out in the hall. Exterior looks like a million bucks, and rooms look war battled.

It advertised breakfast, and there was NONE!

No Breakfsst!! Poor lighting in room. Very small room.

Nothing Stayed here many times but it is now under a new name and very disappointed

No breakfast as advertised shower very small and very slippy no place to put your clothes no dresser

Location

No longer served breakfast Not clean Beds small and uncomfortable Rooms were muggy and gross

The staff was great. In particular, Hotel employees were very helpful and welcoming. I could tell they weren't trying; that is just how they are all the time. Good customer service makes a big difference when you're traveling. Near food and shopping!

Didn't dislike anything. The hotel is basic but very clean.

The location

yes, the floor between the window and bed was dirty, the caulking in the bathroom should have been recaulked months ago, we had to have a staff member come up and fix the TV.

Great prices, convenient location, easy of registration

Sad that they quit having the waffle maker for breakfast

the price was very reasonable relative to other hotels. I wouldn't go here if it were even just a little bit more expensive. Also, the breakfast options were very good, and the fact I could get something to drink at ANYTIME was great.

It was clean, in a nice location, and the staff was helpful.

I liked the cleanliness and convenience to restaurants and retail stores.

I wish it had a cooktop. It?s nice that they include breakfast and there are many breakfast items but all convenience foods. It would be nice to have a hot fresh breakfast.

carpets dirty, remodeled bathroom was done poorly, unfinished

Ceiling leaked, toilet problems, usually no one at the front desk

Near the shopping center. Staff was wonderful and friendly.. Hotel employee from the front desk was atentive and c

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Rooms were quiet with good privacy. We really appreciated the vinyl flooring for its greater cleanliness and appearance. Great breakfast!

I noticed an unmarked, unsecured entrance on the side of the building that would be easily accessible from the outside.

Friendly staff, clean room. Great location

Modest but clean room at a very good price and close to destination.

Breakfast parking

smelled of cigarett smoke and bathroom could have been all together instead of two separate rooms lighting should have been in front or on top of the mirror

Location and friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The lobby and hallways need updating. The hallways smelled.

Clean and fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was recently remodeled/updated to include non-carpeted floors.

Unfortunately, other rooms were in the process of being remodeled.
