WiFi on tv didn’t work

The hotel lobby areas were extremely warm; in July, it was cooler outside with a slight breeze than it was inside. The lobbies also had a terrible smell. I rarely saw anyone cleaning, which may have addressed the issue with the scent.

Parking lot needed to be cleaned and parking lot needs more lights installed to feel safer when walking my dog at night

The bathroom sink wouldn't drain, there was only a half roll of toilet paper, and only 1 tiny bar of soap for 2 people to bathe and wash hands with.

Room 223 did not have hot water for shower. Room phone also not working. I could not call the front desk or make any calls using room phone.

There was no ice machine on the second floor and no lights in the pool room

Swimming pool was warm and open late. The hotel is within walking distance of all the local attractions.

When I checked in i was told i was overbooked and they threw me in any rooms available: rooms that?s weren?t equivalent to what I reserved. They thought giving me a free standard connecting room would be equivalent to the suite i reserved.

I received a discount because I reserved 2 rooms that were supposed to be connected but the rooms were not connected.

My husband and I and my granddaughter all have disabilities and my daughter needs some assistance with her and my daughter also helps me and my husband. It was a huge disadvantage that our rooms did not connect after being told they were connecting.

Location was nice.

Pool was murky. Fifth floor where our room was located consistently reeked of fresh marijauana smoke.

The front desk staff members were very nice.

It wasn't super clean and a bunch of police showed up in the evening...

The hotel is in a great locations convenient to shopping, dining and a great bike trail.

The hotel was absolutely filthy and the staff was non existent during our stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and easy access. The breakfast was also good. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Located near many amenities and on the water (river) front.

For Hampton Inn by Hilton 3-star, it did not meet the standard. It was dated, carpet was old, hallway & room had musty smell. One elevator did not work, Had huge spider sitting on large web in room at corner of the cabinet.

The breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, a protein and a potato plus waffles daily.

The rooms were old, cigarette burns in the carpet. The air conditioning wasn't working in the hallways. Garbage wasn't emptied in common areas and dead plants in pots outside. The elevators were also slow and jerky in the elevator.

I love this hotel and the location. The location is perfect. Especially, for those visiting the Pittsburgh area and waterfront area. Shopping is right across the street with major restaurants, name-brand shopping, AMC theater, and more. Great area!

Location is in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Rooms are so hot and dry air, even in the dead of winter.

The TV in the room didn¿t work. Promised to send maintenance man to fix. Never showed up. Refused to provide any compensation for the situation.
