The room was infested with cockroach 🪳 all over the walls, on the floor and in the bed. The shower had some black tar and it looked disgusting. The floor was wobbly, and every time I showered half the rooms floor would flood. Dirty everywhere. Disgusting

The price and the update of the room

The outside was run down. TV options were poor. Staff was inattentive. Took an extra $50 deposit that was unexpected

Booked 2 rooms. Changed room d/t strong cleaning solution fumes. Broken security chains on doors. Roaches & crawling bugs, hole in bathroom door. Told refund would be credited. No refund was credited. Called hotel & told I wouldn't receive a refund.

Absolutely nothing

Everything! All pictures were wrong, dirty and no continental breakfast.

Everything, was filthy , couldn't get extra towels, no phone in rooms.

Never got to experience it. Was denied stay due to having cats which I said I would leave caged in my vehicle

It is close to a shopping center

Exposed wiring in room 216, he bathroom door in room 242 got stuck and the maintenance person asked me if I had tools to fix it, front desk lady was rude poo customer service, rooms need updating

Appeared unsafe - next to the highway and room/parking next to overgrowth. I asked for a room or handicap room since I have placard near lobby. I was denied. So, I didn't stay. Ate the expense of the reservation. Denied immediate refund of deposit.

Price of the room.

There was no furniture in the room. Nothing to sit on. It smelled of detergent like the used some strong cleaner to do the floors. There was urine on the base of the toilet. Middle of the night there were people outside yelling for about one hour.

Closeness to the stadium.

We had someone knocking on our door and window for 15 minutes at 145am. We called the front desk twice with no one answering. Did not make us feel safe.

Noise level of some of the guests, and the excessive trash located in the parking lot area, could get rid of the shopping carts left in the snow by prior guests...

Was there 4 days and trash did not get taken and the room did not get cleaned

Price

Maintenance is slow, wifi is spotty/slow, and none of these complaints matter cause it's cheap. You want a decent place, pay for one.

The staff was very friendly. The first room I was assigned had not yet been cleaned and they were nice enough to move me to a different room. They were very accommodating and apologetic.

The cleanliness and condition of the rooms were not the greatest.

Close to town and the price

Bugs!! Roaches all over one of our rooms. They did give us another room but once you know they are there it?s hard to look past. The pillows are flat but the beds are decent. The rooms could use better housekeeping as they were all dirty..very dirty

They wanted $100 deposit. Did accept $50 but it is a week later and I haven?t gotten my deposit back.

The lady at the desk was nice and the man I checked out with was too

First they put me In a room with the bathroom ceiling leaking everywhere in the rain and the towel rack was ripped of the wall and the fridge was leaking water on the floor too and they weren¿t gonna give me a new room then I paid extra for smoking

Absolutely nothing worst stay I ever had

The staff was rude and kept my security deposit and allowed other people to stay in my room after I checked out and then charged me for them

Yes. Dirty nasty put our stuff in room went to eat come back couldn't handle the stank smell. Wouldn't refund us our money. I left very pissed off. I want my damn money back!!!
