- The location and the lobby
- Convenient to my business purposes
- Easy to book, comfortable beds, easy check in and out.
Cons -
- I had 3 rooms. Two of the 3 had toilets overflowing and the other one, the fridge, and phone didn't work and the bathroom was dirty. They put 2 bottles of water on the counter for a 5.00 charge each and 1 of them was opened, which means housekeeping didn't do their job well! They did nothing to correct it! 1 of the rooms rooms that overflowed took 4hrs for someone to go look at it.

- No free breakfast. Coffee in the room was not very good

Easy to book, comfortable beds, easy check in and out.
We booked as we were driving, and got a Handicap room, that we did not reserve. I assume only because it was last minute. The hotel was nice, but had some issues and needs to be cleaner in the rooms and bath. Not a big deal at all, usually Courtyards step it up a bit more in that department.
