- This is my third stay at this hotel. Loved it the first time, and always go back when I am in the Hanover area.
- Quiet comfortable room with window looking out over woods.
- The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the bed was great!

- Bed was terrible! Heat was very noisy and uncontrollable!!! Tv channels very limited!! Would not consider this place ever again!!!!
- Unfortunately everything was closed. No pool, no breakfast except a brown bag and service at front desk was pretty cold from what I am used to. Updated is needed for this hotel
- The "handicapped ready" room was no more than a CLOSET with a bed....not good

The "handicapped ready" room was no more than a CLOSET with a bed....not good

One small issue. There was no hot water at 7pm There was water at 5pm the following day.

There was never anyone at 5he front desk desk. Never anyone on the lobby.Checl in took 30 minutes till someone finally came to take care of 5 quests that all needed to check in.

Hotel staff never at the front desk. Called the day before to ask about earlier check in and was told yes. Then when i get there i was told there was no way no rooms available. Drove through the night to get there to stay up till I could check in
Nice breakfast. Clean room with comfortable bed. Normal hotel I would say.
Location to my family. Let me check in early with room ready, so that I could leave town until return at midnight. Customer service was priority. Made me feel welcome and not put out by my request.

The front desk young woman was amazing
Hotel employee was amazing and kindly helped me late at night when I was in distress. All of the staff were so kind and pleasant. I have not experienced such kindness at any hotel stay as I did at this hotel.
