- Location was good.
- The indoor pool and whirlpool were great. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and clean. Kudos to the hotel employee taking such great care of everything and making sure people had what they needed. The location is also great.

- Not enough coffee selection. Only light and decaf. Hallway Carpets were a little worn/dirty. Check in was delayed for some reason. Nice clerk but check in was not smooth. For $--- a night I expected more.
- Can't really bust on them for much of anything - except for the thermostat in the room being a bit tricky. It was a bit hard to keep the room at exactly the right temperature. Certainly a very minor issue in the grand scheme of things.
- The hot tub was not quite as hot as it should be and it is a little small but still an acceptable size.

I have never been displeased with a Hampton Inn - but this one in Hanover, PA was awesome. The staff members went above and beyond expectations. There was a blizzard that weekend and they had their parking lot plowed within a few hours. Kudos!!

The swimming pool was maintenanced with fresh towels often When I stay I stay for the pool and HOT tub.
The hot tub was not quite as hot as it should be and it is a little small but still an acceptable size.
This hotel does everything right from the friendly staff to the clean rooms to the great offering of breakfast in the morning to the cookies at night. I absolutely love staying here. I will definitely stay here again.
