- Friendly, helpful staff.
- The staff was very nice.
- Staff were hospitable mostly. After working in the hospitality business for over four years, I am aware of the emphasis management expects from staff to guest. It is an art to show genuines no matter what your day is/was.
Cons -
- The only elevator was out of service, so we had to haul our stuff up & down the stairs. Staff offered to help. Location is a bit challenging, on a steep hill with a very narrow street to access.
- Our room did not get cleaned for 3 days. We had to keep asking for towels and if we could have the room cleaned.
- I have stayed at this location numerous times. Breakfast is predictable and lacks quality item to item, morning to morning. Breakfast meets the guest as a vibrant start, or should. Items that should be hot and fresh that are cold is depressing.
