- Cleanliness, staff?s friendly professional attitude
- Staff and the room!! Most of the staff was phenomenal! We came to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday for four nights. The staff was wonderful despite the horrendous snow storm. The room is wonderful.
- The suite was large, and the breakfast was amazing.
Cons -

- When we checked in on Wednesday, the girl did not tell us about the Wednesday evening social and we missed it. Also, both blinds in our room will not go up and down and cold air is gushing in the one window. Pool unusable 2 days/no compensation offered.
- I didn?t like the breakfast as much as I?ve had at other hotels. I also didn?t like the room which we had because we could hear clearly noises from the highway.
