My room is full of ants and the rude first shift guy at the front desk.

Yes, Next morning when we were checking out asked at the desk and was told that we were supposed to put our dirty towels, sheets and garbage outside the door in hallway..cause of covid...she said she forgot to tell me this at check in..NOT HAPPY..

they had advertised a free contintental brekfast, but didn't provide any nor did they adjust my charge for.

It was larger than I thought it would be. The fridge was a full size fridge. We were very pleased by the cleanliness.

Clean and comfortable. Great bed and shower. Housekeeping did more than they had to.

Poor location in that it shares the parking lot with the other motel next door. I didn't realize that so I went into the wrong one to check in. I wasn't the first person to do that as they recognized the problem right away.

The hotel is filthy and the employees are rude

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Spacious , inexpensive , conveniently located

There was a full sized fridge and the room was large.

No safety bars, etc in the bathroom. The bathroom had a dirty washcloth and used soap in it without fresh linens when we arrived. This was a studio room and it had no dishes or any way to cook on the stovetop. There were a bare minimum of amenities in the room, Just a small bar of soap, towels and shampoo. No Coffee maker in the room for a studio stay. No coffee and no breakfast. The pillows were like rocks, they were so worn out and hard.

I love the big refrigerator, the whole kitchen counter with cabinets, and the 2 burner stove, nice hanging microwave. The beds were comfortable, and it was a big room.

The staff were rude, management cut our key off on the 7th, and when we went in to get it fixed he demanded when were we leaving when we was to leave the 8th at 11am. The coffee was horrible, and the beds to far away from the small 32' TV. Definitely not a kid friendly place either so I wouldn't highly recommend this place.

Quiet place to stay and nice staff.

The pictures were different from the property. Need a lil more detail in cleaning, especially on the bathrooms.

There was a dead rat at the entrance. I have a picture for proof. There was rat feces and urine in the room. Bugs everywhere and urine all over the toilet and in the bathroom. We did not even stay in this room. We slept in our truck. Very unsanitary and felt uncomfortable being there. The guy at the front desk was very rude. I would like a full refund and already complained to the bank.

Nasty checked out as soon...

This place is absolutely disgusting, I checked in, walked to my room and walked back to the service desk and checked out, the room was nasty. Smelled horrible bathroom dirty. Do not stay here! When we went to check out the guy at the service desk gave me an attitude like he didn’t know why I was checking out. Went across the street to the Hilton, clean rooms over there. Spend the extra money and go to the Hilton that place is nasty. Oh and the deposited they took, I never got refunded that or the money for booking for the weekend, I checked out on Friday and they kept the money for Saturday, scummy thing to do but I got a nice sleep next door at the Hilton

When I stayed in the hotel room before it was very nice, the last time in the suite it was very dirty

There was food particles on the bed and all around the bed, beads all over the floor, furniture was full of dust , hair in the shower and on toilet.
