Nothing horrible place

If you stay at this hotel bring your own toilet paper and bed bug spray. We had bed bugs and I requested to change rooms they would not change my room I asked for clean sheets and they said they didn’t have clean sheets I had to pack my children up

very friendly, took care of everything we asked or needed was taken care of. stayed there the last three years, goung to stay there next year. price was good also.

could use an upgrade with there toilet paper,pretty cheap.

Convenience, price, and cleanliness. The staff is always wonderful and I've stayed there multiple times.

Staff friendliness, excellent breakfast and helpful staff.

Bathroom was not clean. Especially the floor around the toilet, and the doorframe. Bathroom door squeaked very loudly, especially when part way open, it would slide all the way open (squeaking all the way)

The staff in the breakfast area was very nice and pleasant!

hotel is TERRIBLE it needs to be updated room smelled like mold and mildew Cloth shower curtain, negative shower rod curve bar rusted and broken shower head was rusted bathroom ceiling needs maintenance

Clean and modern rooms. Small bar in cafeteria. Nice breakfast assortment. Reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area!

The bathroom did not have any towel bars to hang towels. There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The shower head looked to be 20 years old and hard to adjust the spray.

How clean it was and the staff were very welcoming and kind. Loved the breakfast!

The hotel and staff were very nice. Clean rooms, and clean hotel! Breakfast was great!!! And free cookies all day and night!

Front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. We needed a room on the first floor and they couldn¿t have been nicer. Our room was spotless! Wonderful breakfast provided. Location was great - within 20-25 minutes o where we needed to be.

Everything was fine. We appreciated USB ports provided. We would have liked 1-2 more electrical outlets, but we made it work!

The girl that worked at the front desk was so helpful and gave us great advice for local establishments to visit and things to try. She was so welcoming and professional!

The breakfast coffee was weak and we didnt care for it either morning.

Perfect location for shopping in the antique stores. Easy to get to.

Not handicap accessible from the place they told us to park. Curb there in front of the door. I had to go all the way to the lobby entrance to get on the walk to get in that door.

No partitions at front desk and the staff was not wearing masks. The room had a musty smell and a corner of the door was wet. The pictures were all gone but you could see the outline and the anchors still in the walls. Wallpaper was coming off.

The beds was comfortable. It had a microwave & nice size fridge.

The bathroom had spots all over the ceiling.

Noise i heard in my room. The hotel has been invigorated from its past just doesn't quite make 3 stars

Great staff! Nice, comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent value. Rooms are decent size, but not huge. Very clean. Good beds. Pillows ok, but small. Decent breakfast.
