The staff were rude and they have rats. Also my partner is a veteran and I'm disabled and they said they were no longer going to extend our stay with no reason given. Also we were homeless at the time of this action.

Desk clerk curt and unfriendly. Room floor dirty. Pillows yellow, soiled and worn out. Cockroach in sink. Poor lighting in room. Lack of communication when requested for extension of room reservation. Will not stay again or recommend to others.

We were assigned the room that bordered the lobby.EVERYTHING could be heard: Conversations, phone ringing,TV. Walls are paper thin. Didn't use the A/C, it had a gross musty smell. I will NEVER return or recommend.
The staff was very friendly. The laundry area was nice with nice/new washer and dryer machines.
My bedsheet had a blood stain on it. There was hair all around the edges of the bathroom floor. The shower curtain reeked of urine. The water from the sink was cloudy. The carpet in the hallway/stairs is filthy. One day I had no hot water for showering.
Convenient location, easy to find and not expensive
The pillows were extremely flat and very uncomfortable. There was a door in our room that must have went to the room beside ours and we could hear everything going on in the other room. We literally heard sniffling through the door/wall

Staff was slow and it took over 1/2 hr to check in because they couldn¿t find my information on computer.

The person we contacted via phone on the day of checkin (Sat. 18 ~ 10 am) had no manners and was rough. The tap water was a milky-white color, didn't seem safe to brush teeth with it. The comforter covering the blanket and both body towels had stains.
2 beds 1 of which had dirty sheets.Both beds had very dirty and stained comforters which I have pics of.Roaches in the room. Enough hot water for a 3 minute shower.The staff used their keycard to unlock the door and tried to come in at 9:30AM. Total Fail

The hotel was dirty and smelled of smoke everywhere. There were guests up all night drinking and smoking in the rooms and in the hallways. The staff was neither friendly or helpful. The hotel was so bad I checked out after 1 night when I had paid for 2.
The ice machine was broken. There was no coffee or continental breakfast, as advertised. We went 2 days without housekeeping. .Staff yelled up and down the hall early in the morning. Needle caps were all over the ground outside the door.
Recently remodeled. Fairly clean.
Lobby going through a full remodeling. Advertised with breakfast for the hotel. No breakfast upon arrival.
Met basic needs, spent most of time on trip outside of the room. Cleaning staff nice. Rooms looked somewhat updated.
Towels and comforters not the cleanest. Definitely a cheap hotel.

Noise dog barking for hours. Called and complained and they said they would stop it but it didn¿t stop. We got no sleep
