Nice updated rooms. All major amenities were available. Attentive and helpful staff.

There was a planned wedding the next day so some guests were a bit loud in common areas. I had to go to the front desk to discuss the strong smell of marijuana wafting into my room. Was given a second room to resolve the issue.

Great Location to Longwood Gardens. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice. Had lots an amnesties, like fridge, microwave, coffee machine, a couple of water bottles. Free breakfast was also good. You could sit outside to eat if weather is good.

Since the hotel was full and I had a late check in, I probably got the worst room. Right next to the elevator and I could hear the plumbing in the room above which was very loud. Also didn?t like the shower that much but that could be personal taste.

Very pleasant staff who actually buzz your room to make sure everything is good. Location was great

Access to the 2nd floor rooms was only thru stairs that were emergency exit. Step to enter and exit not marked right at the door. I fell opening the door. Major problems. Had to drag suitcase up staird

Convenient location to Longwood Gardens.

No daily room servicing. Have to request service the evening before. But front desk was very helpful in obtaining towels, coffee pods, cups, etc when we asked them. Room was not ready for either early or on time check-in.

There was no reservation for me, I have the front desk my confirmation number and they could not find my reservation. They made me feel like it was my fault.

The room had its own external entrance and easy access (because it is an "accessible" room).

1. No freezer in the refrigerator. Will not return unless this changes. 2. Toilet extremely noisy when flushed.

Everything was good. The breakfast (included in our room rate) wasconstantly replenished. You had to request housekeeping, but when you did it was provided. The on-site restaurant was also excellent.

I was very impressed by finding something affordable and cozy nice and clean. Perfect location, close to the Long Wood Garden, with no hassle parking. The rooms are beautiful, with comfortable beds that are spotlessly clean. Nice restaurant delicious food

The only thing to improve I think is adding some healthy food for breakfast.

Great location to visit the Brandywine Valley, modern and clean.

Had anticipated visiting the restaurant/tavern, however, it is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Good location, quiet, nice free breakfast. Very close to Longwood Gardens, Winterthur, Brandywine River Museum and the Brandywine Battlefield.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was nice. Restaurant was very good.

Bathrooms were newly renovated and very clean.

There wasn¿t any body lotion in the bathroom!!

Front desk staff was very accommodating when our 1st room had a broken window latch and was on the ground floor in back. Kitchen staff was very friendly and attentive.

Mattress was a little soft for my likes, but my husband wasn't bothered. The Wifi service is very spotty, but this is probably related to the location of the hotel.

They assigned me to a accessible room without telling me. I don¿t see how this hotel is categorized as a 3.5 stars hotel.

The location is great, close to Terrain and Longwood.

No glasses in the bathroom, the towels were old and frayed. There was an ironing board but no iron. The pillows were tiny and not luxurious at all. The room was set to 63° In air conditioner mode. The two covered chairs by the front desk had huge rips in

Staff was friendly and professional

The manager said that my room would be available between 1 and 2 PM (I requested early arrival). I arrived at 2PM but my room wasn't available until 3:10 PM! I sat in the lobby for an hour and then rushed to get dressed for an onsite wedding at 4PM.
