Homewood Suites by Hilton Allentown Bethlehem Center Valley

The overall appeal was nice and the breakfast was excellent.

1) I was charged for three rooms rather than one. Major headache and still not cleared up. Do NOT use a debit card! 2) Back ached from horrendous mattress 3) Musty/dog smell in room 4) Policy states no dogs but there were several and not service dogs

Clean, modern, fantastic breakfast, close to the stores and highway, super friendly and helpful staff. The facility is gorgeous and fresh. 5

Zero

Full size kitchen, great breakfast and everything was new.

The room was located next to an exit and when the door closed it made a loud bang.

The location and the staff working the breakfast area. They were extremely friendly and helpful

Yes, no bar service, no bags in the rooms for trash, the fireplace didn¿t work, and the outdoor fireplace was also broken. Just because of COVID, then hotel should not get a green light to stop providing basics to hotel guests

It was very modern, clean, and had a full kitchen

It was way overpriced at $-- per night plus fees. I will not be taking any extened trips at the current hotel prices.

The location was great.

There was a staff that was very rude. She treated us like we was not welcome there. My room wasn¿t cleaned very dusty the carpets wasn¿t vacuumed my granddaughter found crumbs underneath the furniture. She almost choked on what she found.

Ideal location

Manager that checked me out was a bit rude. But the rest of the staff was very friendly.

Very pleasant room, clean and neat, breakfast staff went out of their way to help me.

The room was very clean and well thought out. Served all our purposes and comfortable too. The breakfast is a very nice addition and much better than most other hotels. Staff was pleasant and helpful all the time.

Omg 4 year hotel and loved the suites ! The served delicious breakfast!! The suite had kitchen wiith fully furnished plates cups silverware napkins etc

Loved it all friendly lady employee who checked me in

Hotel was crisp and clean, although the pool and gym were closed due to COVID so I can not comment on those.

Service and staff. Breakfast. Nice modern Hotel

the room was large, clean, very quiet

$50 taxes and fees for a 1 night stay- I cannot recall paying this much at other local hotels

New, modern, comfortable. Nice shopping center across the highway--good restaurant choices.

Wish there was a night light in the bathroom area.

Clean and in an excellent location

Breakfast =joke. Down at 9:10 No milk no hot water no bread no hot food. Asked for milk waited 5 mins still none. Way to many people not enough food. Very poor. In saying this some customers take enough food food for 25. Left hungry and disappointed

Good customer service. Excellent facility. Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable.

Great location and they had everything that I needed

The breakfast and free water all day

Poor customer service.

Ice machine on my floor not working
