Clean room.

The pool heater was not functioning and the pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. There was water damage on the bathroom ceiling. The sliding door for the bathroom allows light to shine through which lights up the whole room at night.

Location

room was not made up when we returned. When I went tot the front desk they told me we were not staying long enough for maid service. very strange at over $--- per night.

Due to some sort of weird design flaw, we were hearing noise from multiple other rooms echoing into our room through the ventilation system - it went on until 3 AM making it very hard to get a good night's sleep

this hotel felt like it's either brand new or just renovated. The room is spacious enough and very clean. The bed was super comfy

The conditioning unit was so loud, it'd wake me up every time it started.

The room was really nice. Bathroom had a stand up shower which I appreciate.

Bathroom door was frosted glass so if someone went in middle of the night the light woke everyone up. Breakfast was very limited.

Very new hotel. Very clean. Room was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Elegant hotel for the price.

Coffee was very strong and no flavored creamer available. When I checked in at 10PM, there was no luggage carts available.

We loved the layout of the two queen bed suite. The seating area was separate from the sleeping area. This made the room seem very cozy. The bathroom is designed nicely for the space.

Limited breakfast choices. Glass door on bathroom that let light shine into bedroom area. No one around at check out to talk to.

Rooms could be cleaned better

Friendly staff, very clean and spacious room, free accessible parking, nice selection for grab n go breakfast.

Very spacious room and very clean, seem to take extra care for cleanliness due to COVID.

Shower was very weak. Water came out very slow and took too long to get clean.

It's quiet, great gym, rooms are very nice with tasteful decor

The pool could be a little bigger

From beginning to end it was an amazing experience, everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. The room was very beautiful, well thought out what would be needed in the room.

The only thing I noticed was none of the garbage can had bags, I wasnt sure if that was an environmental friendly thought or just an overlook.

The rooms were really clean, very attractive, and beds comfortable.

The manager on the day of checkout really tried to correct the night staff's errors.

They did not give us the type of room we booked. We booked 2 beds, they gave us a king and said they would have to charge us extra dir a 2 bed room. The fold out had no blanket and we were told they had no "extra" blankets. What kind of hotel runs out of
