Room lighting is not very good. Bedspreads not very clean. Towels too small and not enough for the room.

Hot tub

This was my 4th time there. DIFFERENT room each time. The mirrors on top of the bed were filthy in each room. I understand it's a hard area to get to, but it has to be done. And it's time to get rid of the disgusting carpets and go hard wood floors.

Jacuzzi & fireplace

I prefer toilet near the sink.

Loved the jacuzzi in the room and the fire in the fireplace. Very fun and romantic!

The front desk was pretty unfriendly. The carpet in the room could also really use a cleaning! The pillows and linens could also use an upgrade. But overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Cleanliness

Hotel was not as nice as it was the last time I was there. The AC was very noisy. The hot decided to clean itself at midnight and scared the daylights out of us. There was no extra blanket in the room. There was very little for the breakfast. Not a good s

I didn't appreciate the room not being super clean, I had hair in the shower, bathroom, the jacuzzi was dirty, the room didn't feel clean, or smell clean.

No hot water in the hot tube after 12pm. Dirty bath and somebodys hair everywhere

it has a fireplace and a jaccuzi, its big and comfy. real relaxing!!!

i couldnt find a way to turn the jets on and off, needed help from frotn desk.

Not very nice. I will not be back. Very cold, no heat in the toilet room, very cold in there.

I ordered the Amor package and everything was all set up in the room. We got a free duraflame log for the fireplace, and a bottle of champagne 💜

The free breakfast was very limited, cereal and french toast sticks (no syrup), the orange juice and apple juice they had was at room temperature even though it was in a mini fridge.

The hotel room in itself is very large and pretty much secluded from other guests. I like the roominess of having a large master bedroom and large bathroom. It is located in a secluded neighborhood, but also very close to restaurants and casinos.

The concept is great however, the room is very outdated. The walls and bed are old-fashioned and the plaster and some pieces of the wall were coming off. There were some large spiders in the bathroom. The breakfast was horrible for amount paid.

Location was excellent for the Parx casino and TD Bank amphitheater.

Did not allow early check in before 4pm.(We drove 3hrs and arrived at 1pm)) They stated room was not ready at first then another clerk came out from back and said she could give us a room for $35 early check in fee.Room was large but Old and outdated

Rude manager. I asked to get a different room because this room smelled like smoke. He said they don't have another room but the one that needed upgrade, more money. I had to smell the smoke. In the morning I woke up all in red spots, bed bugs. avoid

The size of the king bed the size of the hot tub and overall rating of the room was excellent
