    Pros +

    • The guy at the desk was super helpful
    • It was a good location and the room was nice.
    • The staff was top-notch. We left something behind and they have been so helpful with getting it back to us. The beds were comfortable and the AC in the room was quiet. It was also nice to have a recycle bin.

    Cons -

    • The shower was pathetic, the tv didn?t work and they told us there ?nothing can be done about it,? and the cleaning staff was super loud in the hallway early in the morning. Also, getting into the hotel itself looked like a train station. Sketchy.
    • There's tight security which is good, but a lot to remember to get to your room. The instructions on what you need to do to get to your room are over the top. Allentown water is not the best.
    • We gave up on trying to find parking and used the valet, which was expensive. The prices on the restaurant menu were quite reasonable and we were looking forward to trying it, but there is only brunch on Fridays, which is expensive. And it closed at 10pm!

Yes, getting to this hotel was one terrible experience, starting with almost zero signage, the only entrance is a tiny sign that says hotel parking. Then with no other info you try and figure out what floor to try and park on. You get on an elevator, ¿..

Fantastic location for any event at the PPL Center.

It was a little confusing to figure out the parking. It is the garage on the SW corner of Linden and 7th. This could be spelled out on their website. Fortunately I had a friend arrive before me and gave me the info.

The location and the room was very nice.

Yes, no room service from the restaurant and the person who answered the phone from the restaurant was rude and there was no way to get a menu for the restaurant except to go there first. It threw me off that the restaurant staff was so rude.

lovely rooms. Aveda products. very good breakfast.

confusing circuitous route to parking garage.

    8ShelbyPosted on: 6-28-2021

The staff was very kind and helpful! The rooms had fun decor and the vibe was really great!

The parking is a little hard to find, but once you find it there are lots of spaces. The show in my bathroom did not look clean so I skipped a shower.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-9-2019

Location is good, nightlife surrounding was a bit sluggish and hotel bar/ restaurant closed early.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-16-2019

    very nice decor & design

not easy to park out front to check in

    10KimberlyPosted on: 9-11-2019

Hotel rooms were very clean and modern. Close proximity to restaurants.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-17-2019

is it weird to say the smell? As soon as we walked into the elevator from the garage, the scent was amazing! I had to ask the front desk what they use and he informed me that they sell their scent online which I already knew I'd purchase.

not necessarily the hotel but the walk from the garage to the hotel elevator was a bit confusing and maze like. And when carrying a bunch of bags it could get very irritating. Clear signage would be better.

    Clean , quiet

Lack of parking and difficult to find Went around block 3 times Unmarked ... with exception of valet parking sign

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-4-2019

Design is nice, room service excellent

Not having a porte cochere is a dealbreaker for me. It is too difficult to get inside this hotel. At the breakfast buffet on the weekends, you have to get your own coffee from the coffee station, and the cups that they use are ridiculously small

    10Bruce HPosted on: 5-6-2019

Room design. Modern shower, spacious bathroom, Keurig coffee in the room, comfortable bed, clean znd well-designed room, high-end television, efficient and friendly staff.

It's a very minor detraction: the parking garage access requires an unusual navigation through elevators and passageways which is not intuitive and requires better labeling. Nevertheless, the overall experience was exceedingly positive.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-6-2019

Nicest one in the area, but that isn't saying much.

The walk from the parking garage was a joke. Desk staff were not welcoming. Staff yelling and singing in hallway were loud and annoying. Inconsiderate people in adjacent rooms were loud and stomping their feet all night which greatly affected my sleep.

    10MargaretPosted on: 10-23-2018

    welcoming very helpful staff

Was difficult to figure out parking / also wish they included a breakfast meal with reservation.

    2JosephPosted on: 9-13-2018

THAT THE FIRE SMOKE ALARM WENT OFF DURING OUR STAY IN OUR ROOM AND BE ACCUSED. THE MAINTENANCE MAN GOT NASTY AND BEGAN TO USE FOUL LANGUAGE WHICH IS COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE. WE LATER COME TO FIND OUT THE THE SMOKE ALARM WAS COATED WITH A FILM OF DUST.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-5-2018

Modern and clean. Staff was nice.

Self Parking was confusing. Pay machine was broken in the lobby of the garage.

    8MatthewPosted on: 8-15-2018

    Beautifully styled decor

Walls between rooms were super thin. Could hear conversation of people in next room. In 2 elevator Hotel, having one broken is a real bummer at check out time.
