The hotel is located close to all the stores and restaurants.

Cockroach infested, staff every sarcastic and unfriendly. no one cleaned the room the 5 nights we were there. smoke alarm went off and I needed to call the fire department to reset it because the staff did nothing to help us.

Staff at the front desk is a very polite and knowledgable desk agaent. Thank you aimee.

My stay was for 4 nights, housekeeping never came just to collect the towels, we had to call to request new towels daily, just 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 guests and when it was requested they said to pick it up at front desk...

Terrible, hotel should be closed! First 2 rooms looked like someone just moved out, bare walls, phone out of wall, plugs did not work and no dead bolt on door! Third room no better if I had a car would have felt safer in it. Booked 2 nights stayed 1.BAD

Nothing to like about this hotel.

Staff unfriendly. Property in disrepair. Completely disgusting everywhere you turned. Sketchy people roaming the halls. We ended up just driving the two hours back home because we were so disgusted.

My two rooms was disgusting room #117 was the worst it stinks so bad my kids did not take off there clothes. They spread their towels on the bed to sleep.The white sheet had a brown spot on it. The carpet was wet and stink. The tub was cruddy. Disgusting

This motel is dirty and run down. Needs trash pick up on a more than once a week. Trash is all over the place. Since the hotel was 1/2 a mile from the airport, I was expecting a shuttle to and from the airport. taxi cabs were required.

Dirty, no safety, dangerous light switch, uncovered bathroom light fixture, no toilet paper holder, shower curtain rod almost falling off the wall, no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board.

it was disgusting, blood and filth on the walls, it smelled terrible, worst of all the bathroom, toilet broken and the bath tub was filthy, I couldn't shower it was that bad. I took several photos which I would love to share. I will never stay there again

For the entire stay the television did not work. Room had no trash cans. Not even one. I had to request them. Room phone did not work. I told the front desk. They replied "why do you need a phone don't you have a cell phone?".

This is the dirtiest establishment I ever visited. Carpet have never been vacuumed for years, every corner is stinking and ceiling if falling. Smells like pig and sir is full of pot smelll

I didn't like the staff, who was rude. He couldn't give my son a room because he did not book with his credit card, which he didn't have

The grounds and rooms were filthy. Staff blamed COVID-19 conditions. First room offered reeked of marijuana and the halls smelled of stale tobacco smoke. Not coming back.

This place is infested with bedbugs, extremely noisy. The TV did not work. The bathtub was extremely dirty. I would not stay at this hotel free of charge. This hotel should be shut down by the Departament of public health.

Everything. It's a dump. The bed was terrible, the heat was noisy,noise from outside. People loitering in the halls. The sound of gunshots would not have surprised me.

I didn't like anything about it. It smelled of mildew. There were multiple roaches crawling everywhere. The pool was not well kept. Housekeeping refuses to come back after 11am. It was a horrific experience and I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
