Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Bethlehem Airport

The location is great - close to many restaurants, on a major road near some good warehouse stores.

The room is dated, no coffee pods in the room - just tea and hot chocolate, breakfast was $10 each for the same low-end foods that come free everywhere else.

Air conditioning was not working properly, but they accommodated with a different room.

I did not like the "restaurant". It seemed like a backwoods kitchen. The menus were printed on paper and clipped together with a binder clip like they were just ran off of the printer. The breakfast was not included as other Hilton's I've stayed at.

Foyer hall. Bed comfortable. Bathroom relatively new.

It felt like an old hotel that had changed ownership. It had been updated but not great in the work done. Touched up bathroom doors etc. The room had a stuffy odour that did not go. The hall was full of cleaning gear and in morning small bags of garbage.

My room was 64 degrees and the thermostat was broken. Staff did not respond well when I reported it. After having to argue with the desk clerk they finally sent someone who had to fix the thermostat or I would not have had heat. They did not listen to me.

Clean, spacious, great location.I loved the fact that there were USB ports everywhere! The shower was amazing.

Paying $2 for a bottle of water that should have been complimentary. Elevator that closed too fast. $9 to add breakfast to my reservation and the selection could have been better.

Honestly, the fridge. Now to the negatives because there isn¿t enough space below - I paid for early check-in and wasn¿t allowed. Was supposed to receive a resort credit, never got it.

Staff greeted kindly, then went south. Pool was to close at 10pm even though the sign at the pool said 11pm. People were still in it at 10:30 but I was denied access. We asked for more pillows, I was told ¿oh, I¿ll see what I can do¿ which meant no.

I rent a room a room and everything was great except the toiler was very dirty, looks like don't even cleaned. Was the room 422

The staff are very disrespect. The wifi is terrible messed my wife phone up. Had to reset it.

I had been traveling for work and this was my 4th hotel this week. Everything was great, the room was comfortable, the coffee station was full and had everything I could need. Restaraunt on premises was wonderful, good food and staff extremely nice.

Was on my way home from Poconos.

Street was very narrow and difficult to find and to enter and exit.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff at front desk were courteous and helpful.

Bathroom door did not close correctly nor did it stay open when needed. The contactless check in was not user friendly. Finally had to secure key card from desk.

The room was good, the bathroom had been up dated.

We didn't like the fact that if we wanted clean towels or your sheets replaced you had to tell the front desk. Nobody had told us this until we were checking out. They gave us new towels the first day. The refrigerator was leaking the wood swelled.

It was close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

The staff was unorganized and not helpful. They messed up my reservation twice. The first time they gave me the wrong persons room, and then when they corrected the issue and re booked a room for me they only booked one night instead of three.

This hotel was located right next door to a busy trucking terminal. The noise was terrible the entire night, unacceptable. I would never recommend or stay there again. Ridiculous place to build a hotel.

The location was perfect and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

The water pressure was dreadful in the shower. The housekeeper somewhat lectured us for using our DNB tag so she could clean the room sooner. The irony we weren't expecting her to clean it. Oh, well!
