- Excellent location, close to town and the beach.
- Location, close to nice areas of Yachats.

Cons -
- no towel in room, had to call front desk for prompt service. The motel is dated and everything is old and worn out.
- It was noisy ! Walls are very thin!
- Housekeeping couldn't find a blanket that I folded and put in the closet so they called me very accusingly and hostile and told me to "check my bags now"...they later found the blanket right where I said it was.
