Quality Inn Seaside Oregon Coast

the bed was wonderful and easy to fall asleep in.

They put me on the 3rd floor and then the elevator stopped working the 2nd day. It was still not working when I checked out.

Our room was spacious with all the expected ammentities, and quite a nice free breakfast.

The staff was friendly and I appreciated being able to text the front desk.

The room was smaller than expected and further from the coast than the listing portrayed as "Beach front."

Staff are nice and want to be helpful. The building and room look new and are very clean. Breakfast is very good.

Location far away from beach if you are walking

I liked that I could afford it I guess. Also all the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful.

there was a used fork from the previous person still on the floor and if that's what I could see, what uncleanliness was there that I could not see. That was really my only big complaint. I would have also liked more lights in the parking lot. I

I really wanted a bit more at breakfast, like scrambled eggs. They did offer biscuits/gravy, waffles and cereal; none of which I can eat being vegetarian and gluten free.

They put me in a room that had not been serviced by housekeeping. Had to go back let front desk know my room was dirty and I was placed in another room.

This Quality Inn had very friendly, helpful and trained staff.

Cleanliness of hotel

A broken fan on the roof right above our room screamed all night and kept us up all night

The bed was hard to roll over in but good support and softness

The room wasn't very clean, furniture needs to be updated. The chair cushions were cracked and torn. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the next room.

I loved the rooms. The bed was so comfortable. It was quiet. I really enjoyed the breakfast!

Convince

Our TV did not work and they sent a person in our room at 8am to fix it which made my wife and daughter extremely uncomfortable because they were still in bed. The manager was very rude when we talk to her about our concerns

Room had a hole in the adjoining door stuffed with paper towels Water rings on the night stand that were sticky Paper trash under the desk

The hotel is not being kept up. The floors and linens were old and stained.

The room has low lightning. The carpet was stained. There is a soffit Hanging from the ceiling which is odd.

Room and common areas were so dirty, stains on every carpet

Very clean hotel and affordable for a last minutes reservation during peak tourist season. The breakfast was good and staff were very professional. About a 5 min walk from the beach which is why we went. Definitely would stay there again.

The walls are very thin. We could hear everything the neighbors were doing next door.
