The gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.

The front desk was really polite, and easy to talk to.

Cons -

The room was definitely concerning. Not sure the bedding was clean and the floors were dirty. There was also a bubble in the ceiling that I am assuming is a leak coming from the room above us. Luckily we only needed one night.
We did not like all the people hanging out in the hotel parking lot. They were loud and drinking and it went on during our short time there. My wife felt very uncomfortable being at this hotel. The room was not clean and we could not wait to get out.
No one seemed to know where to go for breakfast. I ended up just getting something from Safeway. Then I found a restaurant that opened up at 6 am. That would have been helpful.

Upon arrival to my room, the door was wide open. It did lock once I entered and locked it. Also, patch work was done to tub in bathroom and towels were not the best. However, I did get a good nights rest.
