Cerulean Hotel, a Running Y Property

Very roomy, not squished into a small box. It has desk! Kitchenette was great , but stay was too short. You should put one in Grants Pass or Medford.

I received a receipt, but the payment did not go through. My son had to make the payment from his card, which I did not want to happen.

Nothing. Overpriced room was a disaster. Tub wouldn't drain. Notified the property. No care was given

Neeed better management. Us Marine Veteran with service animal. After notifying the property of service animal the front desk argued saying he's a pet not service animal. Huge mistake on hotel part. And violation of service card holder for a OEF VET

Courtesy and was of checking in/out and super comfy bed and pillows.

They upgraded me to a room with a kitchen in the past for free. But this time they wanted to charge an extra $9 per night for the kitchen room, so I did not get it.

It was inexpensive

The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The beds need a serious upgrade. Super hard. The TV wouldn't turn on. I had to have the front desk guy come help. The whole hotel being owned by the running y needs a major upgrade

The night manager was nice we only seen him the first night.

First room smelled, dirty, bedspread smelled and black hair all over it.Second room smaller ants everywhere

The hotel is under major disrepair. The concrete stairs and ledge walkway leading to room was cracked & broken into several loose pieces that we walked over. The room was severely slanted which indicates a major foundation issue. Smoke smell, etc.

Very large rooms in an older motel close to downtown with an excellent on-site diner. Our room came with a Jacuzzi!

Half of the rooms were closed off with caution tape for ongoing repairs and remodeling. The building is older, and there was some construction in the adjacent room making this a noisy location during the day.

The price was very good.

The rooms I rented seemed to have sloping floors (#141 and #142). Also the shower took more than 5 minutes to warm up. There is no free breakfast at this hotel either. Even though it is listed as offering it.

The room was spacious, had microwave and frig. Better than expected for the price.

Front desk staff. Surprisingly the bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water.

Room smelled badly like old gym shoes. Dusty.Sticky and dirty carpet. Floor very badly uneven. Bathroom door did not close. Linens stained/some with holes. Room door had no weatherstripping and the wind blew in the cracks.

Laundry open only certain hours, NO BREAKFAST, NO HOT TUB TO ENJOY ON COLD SNOWY NIGHTS, the ceiling was leaking in our room above the bathtub while taking a bath I was constantly dripped on, at one point my credit card was charged upwards of 12 times.

In town, spacious.

Surprised this is a Running Y affiliated hotel. $--/night room at best. Old. Beat up.

This hotel has a good location in downtown Klamath falls, but off the main St. It's quiet and clean.

Some of the rooms could use some upgrades.

There are 2 doors in the room leading to neighboring rooms but the floor was very slanted, so the door frames had shifted which left huge gaps between the door and the frame. Room wasn't very clean, they had missed stuff in the freezer and under the bed.

This hotel undersells itself on the website - it is much better than portrayed. My room was huge, clean and comfy. Only problems were noise insulation first night when room next door ran bath at 23.00 and 07.00! also tv system rather complicated

The staff was very nice.

Dirty floors in room. Rug had not been vacuumed and bathroom floor had not been swept. Two dead mosquitoes in the bathroom. This motel is rated at 2 1/2 stars. It is old and not well maintained. It should be a 1 1/2 or 2 stars.

bugs in room. beds folding in half. water has no pressure. the base of the bed was broken so when you sit the other side of the bed flys up.

Price and that they dont provide breakfast anymore

Cleanliness, friendliness, and nice linens and towels. Great amenities ie coffee maker, microwave, fridge, pool, great cable package
