The toilet kept clogging The 6th day of ourstay, the water was turned off.

recent renovations made for a nicely appointed room at great value

Just bad timing, but there were several guests on motorcycles staying at the same time. Don't know if they were going in and out, or just revving, but the motorcycles woke us around 3:00 AM

It?s location. I was looking for a place close to a particular business, however, as it turns out, that business was not in the best section of town.

Some of the other people staying at the motel. I would have felt better had my spouse been with me.

Proximity to stores, restaurants, etc. price

Tight squeeze to get into closet, room floor, bathroom wasn?t the cleanest

Heidi in the office is over top. She goes over and beyond. Rooms are big and very comfortable beds. Location is near a lot of things

Clean and the location was great - down town - centrally located

It was all right for the price! I suggest to remove the carpet and replace with tile and rugs

The staff member who helped us check in was extremely helpful and pleasant. They were family friendly. You pretty much can park right outside your room which was helpful with children. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Furniture is worn, but for the price that was expected.

I came at 9pm, Late check in you have to wait outside the window. While you wait lots of mosquitos outside. Staff don't care. Location is nowhere.

Great room for the night. Small but clean which is all we needed. Great pizza joint across the street for easy dinner.

Lose the carpet! It¿s stained and looks filthy! The curtains was ripped and needs to be replaced.

Walking distance to Amtrak station and downtown. Bus stops very close by. Good value also.

Very quiet environment, comfortable bed with 4 pillows, cold refrigerator, easy and quick check-in, staff that's ready to help

The location made for a more direct route to my final destination.

A mosquito squished and dried on the wall in the sink area is an example of the lack of care of cleanliness at this hotel. Linens and towels are stained and are clearly not high quality.

One of the best hotels I¿ve ever stayed at. Very clean, quiet, and excellent staff.

Check in

To much noise from the street no place to take a dog out to walk or crap. Place was full of tree planters .I checked out a day early no person was at the desk to talk with no person would answer the bell or buzzer. Do not know if I get any money back.

The maverick hotel use to be pretty good. Now it's pretty low budget, the lady was nice enough but half stuff was broken. It was dark an creepy I was on back side an dark did not go out at night. Not safe. Won't be back

Looks nice on the outside. Good location. Room had good amenities. Check-in was fast and pleasant.

Room hadn't been vacuumed in a while with lots of loose dirt on the floor. Room was dated. In the check-out morning the cleaners knocked on the door at 8.15am to see if we had left. What if we were still asleep? Check with reception if we had checked-out
