Pros +
- Warm room with a warm shower.
- I wouldn't know what I liked cause I didn't even get to stay. I showed up to check in and very rudely was told there were no vacancies. Now I'm having to hassle with getting a refund.
- The second room they put me in was pretty good. The bed was comfortable.
Cons -
- Travelling with my trained service dog. I was given a room key that didn't work twice. I was moved rooms once because 1st room not a pet room.. fine but then new room key didn't work either. New room was overflow room. Clean but under construction. Rm200
- The staff was extremely rude. The only nice thing was they said they would agree to refund what I paid. But now I have to get her to contact you so we'll see if that happens
- The first room they put me in was filthy (the kind where you feel the need to wear shoes inside)... dried blood on the wall, food crumbs everywhere, hair in the shower and the floor was rotted out beneath the shower.
