Clean, convenient and comfortable AND the young lady who checked us in was a fantastic representative for the hotel!

Not a thing.

Their heating system is not anything like it should have been. When the heat went off, it strarted blowing cold air. Then the heat again. Even if you turned the system off, it still blew cold air.

Looks brand new. Super clean and modern. Great staff. Comfortable beds!

After reading all the reviews, it is easy to see how one small problem causes people to get frustrated with a location. This was a very nice Sleep Inn, with great staff and very well stocked. It will be a place we stay again!

The poor lady who checked us in had to do all the work, she had to do everything by herself. Only issue at all!

This Sleep Inn was the best Sleep Inn we've ever stayed in so far. The room was so clean; the bed so comfortable; the breakfast so great; and the price so reasonable. We've never stayed in the one in Boardman, but we now know its a quality stay.

The hotel was very clean, and well appointed. The staff member when I checked in was great, very informative and seemed to enjoy his work. The room was well insulated, I didn't hear any noises from outside or rooms next door.it made it very restful.

The grounds around the hotel had some very sharp burrs that got into the dogs paws. The morning desk clerk was curt and grumpy.She didn't seem to want to be there. TV only worked on one channel? I'm sure it had more, but the remote couldn't change to any

Upon our arrival Shawna was absent from front desk for 5 minutes, and she seemed annoyed that we were there. Bed was rock hard, shower had very low water pressure, breakfast was soggy and gross, old TV wouldn't accept screencast from cell phone.

The cleanliness , always clean. Also having a hot breakfast is a deal breaker for me .... It's a comforting thing to have at the hotel.

Yes, Every Sleep Inn I've been too has only ever had a shower. Bathtubs are a huge deal for me as they are for a lot of people. I just assume it has to do with them being "Green" I'm not sure but when I'm traveling the first thing I want to do is bathe

Very clean, friendly staff. My Brother lost his wallet, and he left his name and phone number at the front desk. When we got home, 4 hours later, he received a call from the hotel manager and staff had found it and turned it in.

Breakfast was not well stocked. Ran out Bread and butter. No one was around to ask to replace it.

New hotel. Stylish. New fixtures. Vibrant. Fresh. Tile shower instead of bathtub was big plus.

Offered only brown bag for breakfast. I travel every night and very unusual for hotel not to offer hot breakfast buffet. Very disappointed especially for room rate charged. Felt taken advantage of.

When I booked this hotel I was not told that it was non canceleble. In the add it said that you could pay when you arrived. Instead they charged my card for the days that we had reserved. We should not have been charged until the reservation date.
