After arriving was made to pay an additional $9.75 per room. Told it was for a city tax?

The motel is in need of updating. The carpet was dirty, the bathroom walls showed signs of water damage. The beds were hard and not very comfortable. It was a place to stay, but will not stay again.

The hotel was so pretty and well maintained. We were upgraded to a king sized bed and told where to get food late at night. I would definitely stay there again.

There is nothing I would change.

This was just a small town place to stay. They have a restaurant with fresh beef served daily nearby. The rooms weren't fancy but clean and we were very comfortable. At least a three star rating is only fair.

I didn't see a blow dryer but that is really the only negative comment I could give.

Staff was excellent & super nice, room was clean & modest. The pet fee was small & reasonable, and there's a big grassy area for dogs to play in. I'd definitely go out of my way to stay here again.

price, location, very friendly staff. (not a huge breakfast selection...) but they do have a lot of kinds of cereal, which is all I usually eat at breakfast so I was thrilled!

train tracks near by, might bother you if you are a real light sleeper. super firm mattress.

No breakfast. But the No Man's Land Cafe down the street is delicious! Was glad to stay in Texhoma. Quiet except for train going by at night. Right location to visit family.

there were cockroaches and spiders in the room the employee is very tyrannical and gets angry over everything very bad experience in that hotel i will never rent there again, that’s way it’s always empty, i never saw the hotel full

This place is pretty much a dump. Needs a complete overhaul. Doors that don’t work. Door keys that stopWorking. Fridge and microwave not working.

Unexpected service charge added at check-in. There were no glasses or cups. Skimpy towels.

Comfortable King bed. Large room.

Ice machine not working.TV did not work but the staff and my husband worked on it for thirty minutes to get it to turn on.Curtains were hooked together and would not open. Also coming loose. Taped broken glass in window.I booked through Booking.com and it stated to pay at hotel. I then received an email from OYO say I had to pay something to keep my confirmed reservation. I tried to follow it but a code was never sent.When I arrived the desk help stated I had to pay extra for a service fee. I showed them my confirmations and the OYO email. After several minutes of rude discussion, they agreed to the confirmation price.

In the same town as the funeral.

Office personnel very rude. Had to call the main office to see how much the room would be for the night. Ask to keep our room for an additional night and was told would have to call main office to find out if we could stay another night. We booked on the phone with the main office for another night at $55 for additional night with fees and taxes ended up 68 for the second night. When we return from the funeral our keys would not work and were told we could not get into our rooms until we paid an early check in fee. So we once again are on the phone with main office and were charged 15.75 in some local fees. I will never stay in this hotel would would never recommend it to anyone for any reason.

Don't do it.

I booked 2 king rooms, went to check in and they only had 2 doubles. No coffee in rooms has to go to the store down the street. The kids room had a spider in the bed, and they found more bugs around the room. If there has of been any other rooms close we would have left.
