Room was clean

It was under reconstruction as it had been sold. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful , except for one young man who was almost rude. The breakfast was not good, coffee was cold. No waffle mix.

The price was decent. This is the 2nd time we've stayed there and actually the very same room.

Breakfast wasn't really that good. The breakfast staff was marginal at best. Not good at keeping coffee available and put hot water in whatever they wanted, so ruined it for hot tea. Need to have a designated hot water pot for those of us that HATE COFFEE

We booked a room with 2 queen beds. We also called to tell them we would be arriving late. They said it was no problem. When we got there, all they had left were rooms with one bed. Our son had to sleep on the floor.

It was clean. The staff was friendly.

We had a handicap room. I assume it was for wheelchairs, but still would have liked a chair in the room. There was no chair at all.

advertised as having dining/bar, heated pool, jacuzzi. It had none of those features. Water line broke in the hotel sometime on Friday. Saturday morning not fixed no shower. Got back Saturday evening still not fixed. complained and was asked to leave.

TV didn't work. Phone didn't work. Worn woodwork and painting/

The staff was friendly

Our room wasn't spotless. We found a beer bottle cap on the floor, something mushed into the carpet on one side of the bed, and a straw wrapper in the corner of the room. The beds seemed clean. Peeling paint, as well as frames.

Roaches Dirty Outdated

We stay here a lot! We usually enjoy our stays. Our only issue is the last three times we've stayed the pool/ hot tub have been out of order?And this stay out room was right next to the elevator,back doors,laundry room,and front lobby.RM 127

It was in a good location, bathroom was decent.

It was dirty, too much smooking going on, pool was closed, our door was hard to open, the doors to the outside were not locked so anyone could come in. It needed alot of repair.

Very comfortable bed. TV wasn't hard to use.

Breakfast. The Waffles were not good, too thick & chewy and the outside dry. No fresh fruit, only coffee offered, no tea or hot Chocolate. We were there 3 nights and ate there the 1st morning.

The fact it's off a main road and was easily accessible to most things

The first room they tried to provide me was a smokers room with roaches. The second room had roach powder all around the baseboards

Breakfast!!

The pool closed at 9. I was sad about that because we had a room that was poolside for no reason. And I don't understand why I still haven't got my security deposit back from July.

Friendly, hospitable staff.

Sheets were stained, pool and hot tub were closed. Only drink options for breakfast were coffee and water; juice would have been nice. For gluten free folks, it would be nice to have fresh fruit and oatmeal to go with the eggs/sausage.

The room is very and clean ? l love it.

I wouldn't close the cartoon ,the light was to much,if you can make it easier to close so that people can get some sleep that will be nice.

Beds were good, for the price it was excellent.

Desk chair was not comfortable and the room had cosmetic issues.

The hotel clerk was not friendly at all. The first room she put 115 smelled so bad like urine we had to move to another room. Where in the bathroom the wall was falling through. The doors don't latch all the way.

It was inexpensive.

There was a sliding glass door that lead directly out of the room to the pool area and freaked me out.

They had no room service unless you asked for the night before we had to go and get our own towels in the room. There is only one chair and the bathroom wasn?t big enough for one person. The outside was filthy. The doors weren?t locked

The room is amazing. Kitchenette with stove and full fridge along with big shower.

Hotel staff were not aware of what to do when tornado was a few miles from the hotel.
