Hampton Inn and Suites Stillwater West

Very quiet. Generally clean. Shout out to the two girls working the desk all weekend...they were EXCELLENT. Helpful and friendly and very genuine. Make sure they stay.

Stayed at the hotel during a major event in the area so the hotel was packed and neighbors were noisy.

New appearance, clean, nice breakfast, spacious bathroom, large bottle dispensers for bath products, and overall appearance of the hotel room was very nice. The bed was of the highest quality .

On the front desk, a sign stated "You must request room servicing the night before.", I did not pay attention to it and found that I had to go "Find" clean towels, Tissues, etc. and that wasn't very much fun. Such policies should be verbally STATED.

Found a dirty diaper under the curtains the next morning and the sink was slow to drain.

clean and nice room. Worker at the front desk had a friendly dog.

Location is not great, no pool, staff at the desk were not friendly at check in. I felt it was overpriced for the facility.

Room was not very clean. There was an open candy bar on the floor by the trash can, something gross on the side of the cabinet and the door has something sticky all over it.

It was our first time at a Hampton Inn - it was a beautiful room, friendly staff. We do not travel much, but when we do - we will stay at a Hampton!

There was only an outdoor pool, but we were too busy to swim.

We stay there frequently and the staff is always accommodating. The room is spacious and clean and breakfast very plentiful.

The hotel was very clean as was the room. The man at the desk was helpful during check-in.

The king suite was very spacious with a small fridge and microwave. Breakfast included mini cheese omelets, potatoes, and bacon. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean.

Didn't even have a chance to see our room dew to giving our double bed room out that I had booked for our party of 4.

Them giving our double bed room out that I had already booked for our party of 4 and drove 2 1/2 hours to find this out and ended up driving 2 1/2 hrs back home.

There was nothing not to like - free breakfast was great, room was clean, service was very good, people were friendly, guest support was great (computers, printer, etc)...

Convenient parking for trucks and also conveniently located next to Walmart

Bedside lamp was not working

The door to the bathroom is just a swinging barn door, so there is no way to lock it or latch it. Very trendy, but not practical.

This was a great experience from the moment I walked in to the lobby. Every employee I passed looked at me and smiled and greeted me. I enjoyed the waffles at breakfast and again the friendly and attentive employees.

Great breakfast, and everything was clean. It's next door to Walmart if you need to shop and on the main road headed into town.
