Cons -
- Confusion on which Hampton Inn we were confirmed for. Names are the same and nothing differentiate them other than the address. Confusing.
- I wished they had bathrooms outside by the pool area.
- It's gone a little downhill since our last stay. Fruit water is gone and the shades in our room had tears in them.

Location, breakfast, and general level of comfort
I had a 2 night stay. The room was not cleaned after the first night. There were no clean towels in the morning. I asked for a clean towel and why the room wasn't cleaned. Manager said I should have known because of (non existent) sign in room112.
Front desk when checking in & breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Good location to OSU
The rooms & furniture need an upgrade
The friendly staff and the store.
Wish there was an ATM in the building
Staff friendly Clean rooms Good breakfast
Location was great and close to the University. Front desk staff was great and the breakfast staff was awesome. Rooms were clean.
The hotel was very clean, had a nice pool, great breakfast, and friendly staff.
Our room must have had bedbugs. I have bites all over my feet and body. There was a bad odor coming from the beds. I'm still itching and bites are healing. Wish I never stayed there.
Nice room and comfortable beds! The room was clean.
The fact the guests' young children were running up and down the halls at night, but that isn't a hotel problem.
Room and breakfaste
Lost the cost of a room tdue a computer error.
Well maintained and very clean. Conveniently located only a few blocks from the OSU campus. Cheerful and polite personnel.
