It got me out of the cold

Nothing. I booked a smoking room for one night. When I checked in the woman at the front desk help me did I had a non-smoking room for two nights. But my confirmation email said of smoking room for one night.

Cons -

The front desk man
They charged my credit card, but told me it was declined so I didn't get a room, then I found out that the charge did go through on my card.
I did not like the fact I had to wait until 3 p.m. to check in and there was no designated time on my confirmation email. And I was given a non-smoking room when I booked a smoking room.
