Hampton Inn & Suites McAlester

I really enjoyed the pool in the Jacuzzi and the fact that they stay open till midnight as well as open at six in the morning and the hotel is very clean

The room

We should have been warned about the construction. Bedspread dirty, no toilet paper roll device, ice machine not working.

Value, not sure the bed was as comfortable as HI Exp, but acceptable. Absolutely pet friendly, hotel appearance was decent except for cigarette butts at entrance. But I¿d say on par with the HI Exp in McAlester, which we¿ve stayed at a few times.

Nothing, I¿d be nit picking.

Breakfast just ok, and ice machine on our floor not working

It¿s our go to hotel, Starting to show signs of wear. Sauna been broken for years. Pool out of service. Heater not working. Floor tile fell off bottom of wall near closet on last day.It is always clean, Breakfast is good. Staff is awesome!

As mention before, Broken sauna, Broken Pool. And a broken floor tile near closet on last day.

Pool/breakfast

Gave away my room and gave me a different one

Close to highway although road construction is incovenient. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was fine although not as varied as another Hampton Inn we stayed at on the same trip. I would stay there again.

We were looking for an affordable, nice hotel. That is what we received. The breakfast was varied, sufficient and good. We would recommend and stay at Hampton Inns again. This was the second one we stayed at on this trip.

It was very comfortable. The staff was kind.

The location was actually okay but there was a great deal of construction that made getting in and out of the lot difficult.

Staff was very friendly

There is construction all around the hotel and it is at the end of a one way frontage road. To go anywhere north of the hotel which is pretty much where everything is you have to go 2 miles out of your way in a construction zone. Not convenient at all.

It was very clean. The beds were quite firm, but comfortable.

The jacuzzi was broken.

Room was great...staff friendly..perfect location.

Covid 19 taking away of my many options the hotel as offer..

It was very clean and staff was very understanding with the COVID-19 restrictions. Their breakfasts are usually really good, but they did have quite a variety of individually packaged items. They had breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc.

Easy access; I was pulling a Uhaul and can't back-up (don't ask) Parking was easy and I was able to circle around without any worries. Right off Hwy 69-clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was fresh - nothing super special but fresh and warm.

I would have loved some Ice Tea with breakfast but realize that is a personal request not something wanted by the majority of other people

Pool and jacuzzi weren't heated...COLD water!

It is very nice & clean. Breakfast was good & hot. Waitress constantly checking food. I will be back.

Filtered water was only available in the fitness room.

Love the huge room with most comfortable beds!

There was empty alcohol bottle that had been left in the room prior to our arrival.
