Comfy beds and pillows. Clean towels.

Elevator has been out for almost a year now. Was out on the 3rd floor. Major inconvenience. Went down for breakfast around 8am and the food was cold and there were no eggs. They were completely out of eggs. Price was expensive for the inconvenience.

Slovenly Personnel, Rooms Not Cleaned, No available rooms, even with reservations, inability to refund paid reservations, unable to provide receipt or any type of paperwork to obtain refund.

I stayed at the best Western hotel. It was good. It was OK but the red roof inn that I agent made reservations for did not allow pets so I had to move to the best western but they charge me anyway, I need my money back.

Our room was very spacious, very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast food was very tasty and a good selection each day. Pleasant staff. Our room was right next to the check-in area but because rooms are well insulated, it was no problem. Comfy beds

Staff, food and bed

Fix the elevator. Only 1 handicap room on first floor. We requested a handicap room and they put us on the 2nd floor. Wife cannot climb stairs so had to take a non handicap room. Room had a tub which Wife cannot use and I had to help her up from the toilet whenever she needed to go because there were no handicap bars in bathroom. Again fix the elevator. Been broken since November.

I loved the staff super nice and breakfast was warm and amazing.

Elevator was broken and It was me and my two elderly grandparents 82 and 80 amd one has a broke arm so shower was difficult .

They should have offered me another room when they started making noise trying to unlock the door next door. They could have offered an extra night. I was there for a funeral and it was tiring. They should have offered some form of compensation.

We really liked the size of the room, and breakfast was great.

There was an outside pool, but it was closed the whole time, the website said Thursday and Mondays were cleaning days. Planned on swimming and sunning.

Very clean and great place. I lived here for years till I moved to Little Rock and all my friends are in Harrah so it works great.

The front desk person Robert was kinda rude. I just had a few friends come see me for 2 hours. He than proceeded to question my age and my ID. I’m 22 but don’t have horizontal license just cause my hasn’t expired. But everything else we great the next person was amazing.

Excellent service starting with the front staff down to the cleaning crew. The room was very clean and had all the necessary items. Great play sister.

I would have liked to have the breakfast hours at least at least eleven am on the weekend.

Hotel staff (Robert) were great. Breakfast was one of the best ever. Hotel room was good. I like the new showers.

I paid double the normal rate because a baseball tournament was in town. That feels like gouging.
