Located just off US Highway 81, this Duncan, Oklahoma motel features free WiFi access. A separate seating area and a cable TV are provided in each room at Heritage Inn. Complete with a microwave, the rooms also have a refrigerator. The private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Free parking and 24-hour reception are among the convenient amenities offered at Inn Heritage. Duncan town center is 15 minutes' drive from the motel. Cimarron Energy is 1.5 miles away.

Pros +
- Clean, quiet, clean room. No frills, but for the price, everything I could have hoped for. Would definitely come here again! Great experience
- Was easy to get to and a convenient store near by
- The price I guess.
Cons -
- Owners had hot water shut off until 8am. Both my boyfriend and I had to take cold showers. The room was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable
- Only one key, but totally minor
- The rooms are old. Cracked toilet seat and the bed was super low to the ground. It had a 30 inch TV and was very very old.
